Room was clean, tea tray provided and large comfy bed. Overall a nice nights stay (see cons) underground parking at 10 euros

Check in at another hotel 1/2 mile away ! we booked a room with kitchette and took food with us but given a hotel room so we had to throw the food away and no restaurants nearby! Only the theatre restaurant at expensive prices.

Location is grate. It is very close to the city center. Pablic parking is under the hotel. It is very convenient. Room is spacious. And very-very good restaurant.

Our bath-room was equipped for disabled and was uncomfortable.

As usual it was my fifth or sixth stay - comfortable room - clean and quiet - but..... (Read my complaint)

Arrival after 10 pm - door closed - reception not attended, had to check in in a partner hotel around a half a mile away (a 15 min walk through through pourring rain and back). Sorry - after five stays with no complaints, this makes me change my mind and look elsewere for the next stay in Parma

The room was spacious and nicely decorated and clean. The desk was fine and had a good chair for working.

The advertised free wifi was so feeble I could only send email when stood a the end of the corridor near the door. As somewhere to keep up to date with business emails it was impossible. There are no food facilities at the residenze as it is an annex to a hotel (hotel is 400m away). There is a restaurant in the theatre next door in the evening.

The location, and the fact that it was an apartment rather than a hotel. This allows a good price for rooms. I also liked having a kitchen.

The fact that the check-in was 300m away should be highlighted more strongly on the email confirming the rooms. I missed it, because I wasn't expecting it. Also in my room (Romeo 9, I think?) the shower attachment is broken.

Facilities, room, light sensors that save electricity usage

There is no front desk at the actual hotel - you must go to their "parent" hotel Toscanini (nearby) and check-in. On site the only people to answer your questions are the restaurant staff - but they don't work for the residence - so needless to say, they don't really want to answer your questions.

It must be made more clear that check in for this is at another hotel almost 10 min walk away.

Parking for 10 euro a night, location, stylish accommodation

To get key had to walk 1/2 Km to hotel which was fine but only luckily found this out

Good rooms- good location. Great value for money for Parma.

Access could be made easier. We were ot advise that the 2 buildings were split between odd and even numbers. The checkin process at another hotel should be changed. Why can access not be made via the onsite bar/restaurant(and if absent by default the hotel)?

A bit far from the center. No reception available on sunday and monday evening. You have to go to a hotel 300 meters far from the apartment.

It was an interesting modern "theatre"hotel in the centre of old Parma. The location was really good. The room was quiet.

The breakfast had only sweet "things"! We had to go to another hotel to check in and it was a bit complicated.

Hotel with big rooms, apart-hotel service, located near to the main touristic atractions, clean and front desk very friendly.

Basic, It's not a hotel, it's more of an apartment then a hotel. No bar, no food facilities .

Twice we we locked out by the clever door locking system. If this had happened when the reception was closed we would have had to walk 300m to its sister hotel .(350m away) to get it sorted. No wifi in room. Wet towels neatly folded up and left for use on the next day. Trickle of warm water for shower.

Very new, clean, comfortable, spacious and bright.

The Wifi in the room was totally ineffective. although it worked well in the reception and dining area but this was inconvenient. Minor problemss included a sink plug that did not work properly and the light over the bathroom mirror was absent. The access to lifts and room are by a swipe card. Their use for the needs to be explained by the staff

Great Hotel, cheap, well located, but also very clean, confortable and modern. Very good staff, and the restaurant is awsome, the chef prepare the pasta so it is very fresh and cheap!!! Amazing! Great Stay!! Excelente hotel. muito moderno, quartos bem limpos. Café da manha generoso. E possui um ótimo restaurante onde o chef, muito simpatico por sinal, prepara as massas na hora e você pode ver tudo pelo vidro. As massas sao incriveis e com preços convidativos, muito barato mesmo, ainda mais tratando-se de um restaurante do hotel.

Nothing to complain... Just the car park (not owned by the hotel) was with the elevator broken... But this is not their fault!!! Nada a reclamar, apenas que o estacionamento (terceirizado) estava com os elevadores quebrados, mas isso nao foi culpa do hotel.

The lack of reception on sunday. I made the check-in in hotel Toscanini, which is 400 meters away.

We found this surprisingly modern hotel well located in the historic city center, with a good parking facility. It served our purpose well as an overnight stop on our way south.

Between our early booking date and our stay the hotel structurally lowered is room rates, also on Booking.com. Unfortunately neither the hotel nor Booking.com advised us of this, and the higher (old) price was charged. According to the hotel reception, this is because they have to pay commission on the booked rate. Albeit only a eur 10,- difference, it left a bit of an unsavoury taste. To the hotel's credit: they waived the parking charges. Our advice to potential bookers: check the rates of your bookings regularly, and if you see a price reduction, cancel and rebook!

Clean rooms, good breakfast, well located

Good location, only 10 minutes walk into town centre. Clean, comfortable, modern accommodation in an interesting setting, next to an open air theatre, with helpful and friendly staff. Discounted, parking in public multi storey car park under the residence.

A few minor niggles.... Difficult to find, even using GPS, you approach the residence via a residential road, no obvious signs for reception or parking. No direct, pedestrian access from the residence to the car park. The car park lift stops below ground level, stairs up to street level and then a walk to the lift up to the residence, therefore difficult with luggage. No use of kitchen in appartment available unless you book for 7 days, which is not clear when booking. Limited breakfast selction available.

Wonderful modern hotel, build around the theater. Hi-tech room with automatic light management etc.

It took some time for a hotel staff to find our booking - first they said that there were no any booking at all :( Breakfast could be more versatile.
