Pretty comfortable, fee parking nearby, nice stuff
A bit cold in November
We liked the location of the hotel in a quiet neighborhood. We liked the unusal hotel interior and pictures from the performances
The check in is another location . Three corners of the room has mold. the Air-condition had very bad smell. The second day staff cleaned the filters of the Air-condition
new and clean hotel. very good location
i didn't like the fact that check-in is being made in another hotel (ibis) and the guy on that hotel's reception was not very nice. also a good hotel always should have white sheets, not yellow
Very nice location, vivid area, clean and cosy rooms
Check in at the ibis - not far away but a bit inconvenient with the bags. Internet stopped working for more than half a day
totally quiet that day, could be otherwise on week ends, when the night bar is open... Large room, large bed
gotta get your key 300m away and don't expect any room service, read carefully before booking.
bed was too hard. wifi in the room (Julietta 16) was poor at night (reportedly was ok in other rooms)
A beautiful city. The hotel is very convenient. Easy to find from the train station. Works well wi-fi.The room has a kettle. You can make tea / coffee. Located in the theater building. In the evening you can visit the concerts.
Automatically tuned air conditioning can not completely turn it off. It was cold.
Clean and confortable room, quite and pretty central.
The hotel's staff could have been more polite. I arrived in the early morning and the check in was at 14. So I asked if they could check me in a bit earlier -even 10 minutes would have been enough. They told me there was absolutely no way. After 10 days of business trip, I stayed in many hotels and it was often the case of me arriving before check in and most of the time my room was prepared earlier than the others. But, even if the policy was strict, they could have been at least polite.
While it is a bit of an odd set-up-- clean, modern rooms attached to a theater--and the check-in located about two and half blocks away at a different hotel, I have to say it was clean, safe, modern, air-conditioned.
There was "free" wifi but you could only access your email, not the internet.
Dirty and stinky room. One bottle of water in the fridge was emptied and then filled with tap water!
Residence is new, nice and clean, in the historical centre. Public parking is directly below the residence.
There is not possible to get breakfast (no restaurant) in the residence so we wanted to buy breakfast in IBIS hotel but receptionist said that it is not possible when we are not staying directly in the hotel.
Perfect stay ! Comfortable apartment with kitchen, room and a bedroom. TV in the room and in the bedroom. We just stayed there for one night but it's perfect for long stays. The location is excellent, few steps from main street.
The reception is about 300m far, in the Ibis Hotel. We had bikes so it was not a problem for us, but maybe if you have heavy luggage consider to go directly to Ibis.
the location is OK - good proximity to the city's center. There is a parking garage (for a fee - about 10 euro per 24 hours, no in-out privileges...). The room was spacious, modern, but simple. The front desk at the "responsible" hotel were helpful - but not easily accessible.
First, this is not a hotel. It is some kind of residence, that is run by a nearby hotel. Only that "nearby" is about 600 meters away. It is not easy to find, nor to drag with your luggage. There is no front desk at the premises. So if you need something, you need to walk 1.2 km.... In addition, we got a room for handicapped people (thank got we did not need such). With all due respect, the bathroom was not friendly to people who do not have special needs (the shower, etc.).
Nice "theatre" design (better than looked on the photos), spacious room and bathroom, tea and kettle in the room.
It would be much better if they send an email in advance notifying that reception desk is 300 meters away in another hotel as unfortunately I haven't noticed it before we've arrived.
The bathroom was very modern and clean with plenty of towels.
We were not aware that we needed to register at the Ibis Hotel when booking. When we arrived at the Romeo and Giulietta location it said to go to the Ibis Hotel but did not give us clear directions. They only gave us a map after we had checked in. The receptionist that day said it was a meer 300 meters away. Well we knew that because we had already walked it once. This system needs to be upgraded. There was also a strange odor in the room and poor lighting. I was unable to see the safe directions in order to access it.
Very convenient for city center
No free parking Check in at different area
The facilities were very good. The location was excellent. To stay in town so close to the centre and to be able to visit all the main attraction within 15-20 min. More over you can reach the hotel with your car and have a parking available is a fine thing
It is a bit problematic to register in a nearby hotel (ibis) . Also in the begining it is abit dificult to operate all the digital system. It will be very helpfull to prepare a page explaining in a few words perhaps with sketches how to operate the lift, the doors and the entrance to the roomsp
We liked the location, the original design of the hotel and the room facilities.
The location was okay, but you have to check in at a separate hotel half a mile away from these apartments. Totally inconvenient.
When I got to my room, the wifi was out, but the staff tried to convince me that I was wrong. When I spoke to the manager, he insultingly told me that I hadn't made a reservation at the "Luxor Hotel." So apparently I had no right to expect the amenities that the hotel asserted that it offered. Hallways smelled of mold and the room was dusty. Floor was ripped up in the elevator. Lobby is a 10 minute walk from the location. Avoid this place like the plague.
Good location, close to everything, very clean, helpful reception, massive rooms
We couldnt switch off airconditioner. It was in the cold mode.
Modern, new, comfortable with brand new towels...
It was inconvinient that we did not know upfront that we had to walk 300m to another hotel to check-in.
Having table and chairs at the balcony would have been nice.
Check in at IBIS is a pain
The room was very clean and recently decorated and the neighbourhood is quiet
there is no reception, you need to go to another hotel nearby to check in there is no staff around to ask questions to
