habitació molt ben decorada, el personal és molt amable, l'hotel es troba en una àrea molt tranquil·la, relativament a prop de Piazzale Roma. manca ascensor, dificultats en regular la calefacció. |

La decoració i la situació de l'apartament. La neteja general podria ser una mica més acurada (alguna teranyina a parets i finestres). Hi ha de tot, però hi falta una planxa o paella. |

Venice is lovely, this apartment is nothing like the apartment which is described. It is quite good value but has very few of the facilities listed in the description. The apartment was not as described. It says there are TVs and airconditioning in every room; in fact there are no TVs nor is there any airconditioning. The "fully equipped kitchen" lacked basic utensils and the washing machine had been disconnected. The location was nothing like that described. There was no breakfast service. Finally, they do not accept credit cards. |

The apartment was very nice and had everything that we needed for the most part (except frying pan). It was a spacious 2 BR located central to the water bus route and easy walking distance to restaurants, sites, etc. Stated that breakfast was included, but in fact it wasn't. |

We rented an apartment from Residenze Sinfonia Veneziana. It was roomy and in a fairly quiet area behind the San Silvenstro vaporetto stop. Required payment in cash at check in. This was never discussed in email correspondence and put us on the spot. The front door latch plate was damaged so that the door could be pushed open with a good shove when locked. The deadbolt could only be locked from the inside. Our group was promised a second key and never received one. Circuit breaker overloaded when using washer. |

Independence. Being able to eat in the appartment which saved us a fortune. Very close proximity to Fondamente Nuove, ideal for boat trips to the other islands and very handy for arriving and departing with heavy luggage. The appartment was on the ground floor which was a bonus. The oven/grill didn't work and the toilet seat was broken. Didn't look anything like the appartment shown on the internet but we were still pleased with it. |

location only no correlation between picture appartment and accommodation where we stayed,neither was location on map as expected, shower very cramped, dangerous electrical wiring, no sitting area of any comfort, balcony intrusive to neighbouring residents and less then atractive views, overpriced. |

Was not at all as described in the room description. Was a very very small appartment with 1 shower/toilet marginally bigger that a closet. The size, and the fact that it was completely the opposite as advertised in your room description. It is bordering on false advertising. |
