Great Location - great view - very friendly - Great design work

My wife loved it derspite the stairs. Greart breakfasts on upper terrace. Room very large and comfortable. Location ( in Old Town) very good for site, restaurants,ertc. No car noise-- just water crashing on rocks. Senor Buffi and staff werre excellent- was hard to say good-bye. They did a great job on designing the Hotel right down to the smallest detail. Ane his Turkish Bath was well used.

The hotel is an outstandig b&b, but "on" the sea, with a spectacular view on the gulf of Molfetta. Do not miss the breakfast served on the terrace: the food is very good, but the view from your table is astonishing.

The hotel isn't easy to find, but if you call the hotel they drive you.

Un très beau lieu, extérieur ancien et aménagement design. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec vue sur la mer. On prend son petit déjeuner, offrant un large choix, chaque jour différent, sur la terrasse ou, en cas de pluie, dans une vaste salle lumineuse. L'hôtel offre aussi un spa et une petite plage "privée" (dont nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de profiter). Les hôtes sont charmants, à l'écoute des souhaits de leurs clients.

Le prix est sans doute trop élévé.

Un "risort" très design, des prestations haut de gamme nous ont permis de faire une halte très agréable dans cette ville. Mr Bufi lui-même et son hotesse sont très acceuillants et nous invitent à profiter pleinement de toute leur maison : spa, douches massantes, bain turc, salle de relaxation, plage privée, terrasse surplombant la mer, ninibar, le tout à discrétion - Sauf les massages qui sont payants bien sur mais pratiqués très agréablement.

Le petit-déjeuner peut-être un peu limité en viennoiseries mais fruits frais et secs très variés.

伝統的な白い石造りの建物の中は、小物に至るまでイタリアモダンに統一されたスタイリッシュな空間。大きな- 窓からの風が心地よく、アドリア海に昇る朝日に感動。美しく保たれた白いプライベートビーチではシュノーケ- リングを楽しむ事もできます。スタッフの方々のアットホームできめ細やかで温かな心遣いも素晴らしく、のん- びりとしたリラックスタイムが過ごせました。この近隣では英語を話せる方が少ないようですが、こちらのスタ- ッフさん数名は英語も堪能で、空港までの送迎もあり安心して楽しめました。また、屋上テラスでいただく朝食- はホームメイドパイをはじめ、見た目も美しく大満足です。冷蔵庫のソフトドリンクはフリー、プロセッコはボ- トル９ユーロから、と良心的です。せっかくなので2泊以上の滞在をおすすめします。

Un emplacement idéal, une tranquillité absolue au cœur de la superbe vieille ville de Molfetta. Notre chambre était grande, épurée avec une splendide vue sur la mer. La plage privée de l’hôtel est un vrai délice et le petit déjeuner le matin sur la terrasse nous fait encore rêver. Mais je ne devrais pas dire tout ceci...je préférerais garder l'adresse cachée pour y revenir...

窓からアドリア海が一望できて、想像以上に素敵なホテルでした。お部屋は広く清潔でとてもセンスがよく、最- 上階にあるテラスと朝食ルームは素敵な空間でした。スタッフの方もとても親切でホテルのオーナーに紹介して- 頂いたレストランも美味しかったです。小さいけれどプライベートビーチもあるので夏にまた訪れたいです。今- 回は1泊だったので次回はもう少しゆっくりと滞在したいと思います。おすすめです！

An oasis in an otherwise visitor-free Molfetta. Nothing was too much trouble for the father-and-son team who own and manage the resort: they organised an excellent tour, booked restaurants and drove us to the airport. A truly relaxing break.

There was only one key (which was also required for lighting and power) available for our room.

Modern design Helpful staff with luggage Good location in the old town The staff was very accommodating to our early departure.

4-5 flights of steps to room. No elevator. Small, compact...not the spacious "resort" setting implied Public areas are small and would be "crowded" if the B&B was full. We only spent one night here and was glad we didn't plan to stay longer since not really a "spa" atmostsphere as implied.

Stunning view, quiet city center, fabulous roof terrace, private parking.

Everything was OK.
