The presentation of the hotel on the booking site is a bit misleading. The hotel lacks any charm, contrary to what the pictures (by night) might lead you to believe. We were promised a room with view on the garden and the pool. First we received another room, when we insisted the hotel didn't hesitate to offer us an unfinnished room. According to the description there would be a gym, when you ask for it there appears to be none. Breakfast is poor. Still a hotel where you can spend a decent night but nothing more. |

The friendliness and courtesy of the staff. and use of fantastic swimming pool. Early mornings (06.00) were very noisy outside our room, loud voices from workman and slamming doors, also people shouting on mobile phones outside beneath our room. The air conditioning was not activated most of the time , possibly due to fact there were not many guests but if there is 1 or 200 guests the same leval of service should be made available.The guest is paying the same price ! and the service is rated 4 star |

la prenotazione fatta con voi era per 3 camere. All'hotel ne risultavano solo 2.Molto spiacevole. Anche perchè la terza camera era non predisposta per accogliere clienti in quanto molte cose non funzionavano. |

posizione troppo decentrata, scomodo sia per il mare che per fare un giro in citta'. Non ci tornerei nel periodo di novembre perche' il personale e scarso, poco accogliente e oltre tutto non mi e' stata assegnata la camera che avevo richiesto al momento della prenotazione. |

La posizione vista la vicinanza a molte zone interessanti la strada principale è a ridosso della struttura, la regolazione dell'aria calda e fredda era inesistente. |

Molto cortese il personale pronto a soddisfare le richieste del cliente, la pulizia dell'hotel e delle camere....ogni giorno c'era il cambio degli asgiugamani, la colazione era abbastanza ricca, si trovava sempre tutto a qualsiasi ora del mattino si andava. Le porte fanno troppo rumore alla loro chiusura e disturbano e non poco la gente che riposa, a volte il personale la mattina presto faceva un sacco di rumore per controllare se le stanze erano libere per la pulizia, questo alle 8.30 del mattino, il parcheggio non è abbastanza sufficente a contenere tutte le auto degli ospiti, nel caso ci fosse una festa privata o un matrimonio all'interno del ristorante dell'hotel, il parcheggio sarebbe insufficente. |

l'hotel è di qualità pulita ed elegante e la piscina è veramente bella avevo la chiave magnetica che non apriva la porta e sono dovuto andare diverse volte nella hall per risolvere il problema, il letto matrimoniale è con due materassi singoli attaccati (anche di bassa qualità ) che lo rendono abbastanza scomodo |

La possibilità di raggiungere facilmente molti posti caratteristici, nonchè luoghi incantevoli come Ostuni. La mancanza di servizi elementari: l'asciugacapelli e le sedie erano a disposizione in una soltanto delle camere in cui abbiamo alloggiato (cam 120). La tv della cam. 223, inoltre, è installata in posizione improbabile: l'unico modo per vederla è standole di fronte, in piedi. |

Pulizia delle camere, comfort e rapporto qualità prezzo interessante. buona la piscina anche se mancano degli ombrelloni per il sole. Rumorosità delle donne delle pulizie la mattina (parlano sul corridoio e sono rumorose), porte delle stanze rumorose. hotel in qualche giornata della settimana non silenzioso (c'è una discoteca a fianco). |
