Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Room has everything you may want, very pleasant relaxing stay. Staff very friendly and helpful The "sauna"-shower should not be used too late, otherwise it will be very noisy when you are in bed (it is doing self-cleaning) |

This was a very contemporary apartment with fantastic interior design to a very high standard. Exceptionally clean, wonderful massage shower and well equipped kitchen. Outside pool small but lovely and one end a jacuzzi. Would need a car as slightly out of the centre although taxi only 10 euro each way. The owners were great, extremely helpful and very friendly. |

Appartamento molto pulito e ordinato, tutto completamente nuovo e ben tenuto, cucina attrezzatissima e funzionale...davvero nulla da eccepire tutto molto ben curato. Anche il bagno è bellissimo, io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo...anche il giardinetto esclusivo è davvero carino! |

Het appartement was nieuw, schoon, luxe ingericht, afgesloten terrein. Leuk zwembad voor de kinderen. Ligt midden in een woonwijk waar nog volop gebouwd wordt. |

L'arredamento dell'appartamento di design e qualità,non manca nulla,dalla lavastoviglie alla tv lcd da mooolti pollici...non parliamo poi della doccia...un vero gioiellino per il relax e il benessere. La piscina è un po piccola,ma più che altro ci sono poche sdraio in proporzione agli ospiti del residence. |

Personeel is zeer behulpzaam. Ligging is niet ideaal, ca. 5-10 min fietsen van het centrum (fietsen zijn te huur op het resort). Geen schoonmakers gezien, zelf aangeven als handdoeken vervangen moeten worden. |

Ett mycket fräscht lägenhetshotell med ett lungt läge och inden störande trafik. Vi bodde där 7 nätter och betalade 700 euro för detta. Vi ville stanna ytterligare en natt vilket gick att ordna men då till en kostnad för 140 euro för en extra natt...???? |

Resort del Lago is een nieuw, apartementencomplex. Goed voorzien van alle gemakken en ligt gunstig ten opzichte van Desenzano, Rivoltella en Sirmione. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en de super de luxe douchecabine. Desenzano is een stad waar je heerlijk kunt eten en ligt vlakbij. We komen graag nog een keertje terug. |

Es ist ganz neu, schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles war ganz sauber und die Dusche ist mit ihren vielen Funktionen super! Terasse ist auch wunderbar. Der Pool hat eine Whirlpoolfunktion inbegriffen. Ich denke vorallem für Familie und längerem Aufenthalt empfehlenswert! |

Huone oli erittäin siisti ja sopiva juuri pienten lasten perheelle. Ilmastointi oli iso plussa sekä kaikki muut huoneistossa olevat mukavauudet, kuten taulutv, espresso-keitin, astianpesukone ym. Ystävällinen palvelu (englannin kieli) ja erittäin mukava ja avulias omistajaperhe kruunasivat loman. Kuin myös pihalla oleva uima-allas poreineen:) |
