The Residence del Lago is managed by a staff with decades of experience in tourism and travelling, and available for tips and suggestions on itineraries, curiosities of the area, events, restaurants and museums. A warm welcome and attention to the guest and his needs (in each apartment you will find a welcome book with tourist information, suggestions of places of interest, as well as names of bars and restaurants or particular pizzerias, emergency numbers and local markets). Holiday bonuses from agencies and platforms are not accepted.

Residence in a quiet residential area; excellent independent The spacious, well-kept, new and fully equipped apartments with all appliances welcome kit with coffee capsules, water and herbal tea corner. All apartments are non-smoking and are open all year round, ideal for couples, families and smart working with enhanced wifi and proximity to the main services (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, bus stop). Who likes to feel free from schedules and independent in travel. In summer the small swimming pool with shallow water is open, really quiet and relaxing with a hydromassage area. 2 km from the center of Desenzano del Garda. A 5-minute walk from the lake and 2 equipped beaches, the park, shops, pizzerias, newsagent and church. A stone's throw from the lake promenade and cycle paths and a short distance from Sirmione, Peschiera del Garda, Gardaland amusement parks and water and nature parks. Just 20 minutes from Verona, Brescia and Salò. Possibility to book excursions and guided visits to wineries and tourist resorts in the area. Tour desk with the possibility of renting a bike or booking trips and boat trips.

Quiet and safe residential area a few steps away you will find the center of Rivoltella, with shops, bars, restaurants and a pharmacy 2.5km from the center of Desenzano with its castle, the Rambotti museum with the oldest plow in the world. There are also numerous typical restaurants, clubs and shops. Just 8 km away, do not miss the beautiful historic center of Sirmione, with the Scaliger castle and the CATULLO caves. We also recommend visiting Lazise, Bardolino and Garda on the Veronese side; while Salò, Gardone Riviera and Limone on the Brescia side. There are many bike itineraries along the morainic hills as well as the possibility of visiting wine cellars in the Lugana area and in Valtenesi, or the innumerable oil mills, accompanied by the Residence staff on request. Nearby you will find the GARDALAND AMUSEMENT PARK 20 minutes, in Pastrengo for the little ones the ZOO SAFARI PARK, in Valeggio sul Mincio 25 min. find the fabulous PARCO GIARDINO SIGURTA' not to be missed, and always in Valeggio do not miss to visit Borghetto one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and do not miss the opportunity to stop and eat the famous TORTELLINO DI VALEGGIO, also Castellaro Lagusello, one of the most beautiful in Italy, is only 20 minutes away by car.
