Size and decor of room, nice porch, perfect for a family of 4
You have to pay to go to the beach, you have to pay to go to the pool, you have to pay for breakfast even if you book a room incl. breakfast, you dont get a room you have booked, prsonal rather unfrendly
Free, hotel parking. Good breakfast. Private entrance to the beach. Short drive to Pisa.
Booked a 1 bedroom apartment on booking.com for 69 Euro. Upon check-in, we were given a typical triple room (the same room as we booked two months ago). When we asked about the room, we were told that booking.com had advertised the rooms incorrectly and they did not have another room for us. Very disappointing. Adjoining room with unknown neighbors. We could hear their music early and late.
very nice room and beach facilities, convenient parking and location.
terrible food in restaurant
Overall was a nice experience.
Reception staff were not so flexible and checking out was to be 2 hours before the actual time which was latter resolved.
Beach access, resort and facilities have a lot of potential. The room was spacious with a great balcony.
Realizing that we were among the first guests of the season, they should have known we were coming as we booked in advance. The entrance and stairs to the apartment were filthy with sand, cigarette butts, bits of food, bird droppings and dog urine. The apartment had a good layout but it was not equipped with simple things like a cork screw, garbage bags, dish soap, dish rags, etc. There were also a lot of extra charges that took our booking price of 108/night up to 149/night that were not explained until arrival. There were also a lot of 'rules' and extra purchases required to get through the day, for instance mandatory swim caps in the pool that could be purchased at the bar. The staff was put in a difficult position trying to enforce rules that were difficult to apply logically. I don't think we will stay here again.
Right on the beach. Has a pool. Cheap place to stay.
The airconditioning didn't work. The sink leaked all over the kitchen floor, even when the tap wasn't running they obviously new this as there was a mop left in our room. In the bathroom it said leave towels on floor if you want new ones never got new ones then got charged five euros for two towels at reception. Lady in the ice cream shop very rude. Wouldn't stay or return here.
It was good place for one night. Near to Pisa an Lucca which we visited by car. The apartments are big but not very clean.
April is not the time for visiting this place. The stuff is preparing the site for the summer season and there is nothinh to do. Nor there are places to visit around by walk. The breakfast was not very good.
nice room, parking
very cold, heating or not heating splitters and get up extra blanket. Upon arrival, clouds of mosquitoes and even in the room. Otherwise nice room with a loft, but because of the cold before we left. beginning of May.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice resort, near livorno port, easy to find.
Although it had great facilities, by the end of April there were loads of mosquitoes, so not sure for a summer break.
This used to be very good hotel, well planned and designed.
Location is too close to industrial port area, which badly smells due to loading of oil products. Beach was not maintained at all. Kitchen in the room should be renewed. The quality of the hotel depends on many small things, about which the peronnel of the hotel should take more care. WiFi should be free of charge.
Friendly, clean, well stocked kitchen, nice touch for arrival - we had orange juice and biscuits with crisps waiting for us , and I do mean clean - very. Fantastic views from the room! Very interesting design - Gaudi like.
Nowhere around in walking distance to eat. No WifFi in the room, only reception area.
