Recently, I’ve been stressed, irritable, feeling old, overweight (obese) tired, exhausted, (there is a difference between tired and exhausted) bitter, twisted, cynical and paranoid. I’ve got 3 selfish kids, a pain in the wallet and not enjoying the cold/wet/miserable work/life balance in the uk. I found this OASIS…go there…it’s a magnificent experience. No, absolutely nothing... |

Nice evening meal outside in a courtyard. Why not take an apetizer at the steps overlooking The Egadi Islands. Not to far away from Trapani Airport No, everything nice - however finding the hotel wasn´t that easy - arriving at dusk. The hotel should as a courtesy to their guests put up flourescent signs with a tigther interval. |

An excellent location if you have a car!! E30 for a taxi to the airport which was a 10 min drive away!!!! Hotel pool was not open. |

We enjoyed the high standard of the accommodation and the extras provided, such as the free water provided daily We found the restaurant prices high compared with other comparable hotels in Sicily. We found the reception staff quite distant and not very friendly. |

Special remark to Ms.Rosita .Beautifull landscape from the swiming poll The personal of the breakfast facilities should be more mature and with a better education, they simply refuse to serve one coffee because 3 minuts was passed from the closing schedule time ... |

most of the staff were very friendly ..very professional which was great yet they opened up and laughed with us when we asked them questions...made us feel pampered but at home at the same time which is a rare quality! The setting of hotel, view etc, pool, courtyard at night where we dined was just exquisite, relaxing, elegant..bliss. Had small baby, was no problem. not ideal for young kids, quiet Food was nice but could be tiny bit better as in more authentic, as in fresh pasta was rare. An English/Irish Paper would have been nice in lobby. Still I would go back tomorrow! Remote, on a hill. Ideal for relaxation..loved it |

The hotel was beautiful. Very peaceful. The staff were excellent. The only problem was the location. A little far out from the town if you were staying for a long period. |

Wijngoed met prachtige binnenplaats waar het heerlijk ontbijten is. Onder de fraaie bomen is het goed toeven. De kamers zijn prima van kwaliteit en voorzien van de voor NH Hoteles kenmerkende liflafjes. Met een NH hotel ben je verzekerd van kwaliteit logement, als betaal je daar natuurlijk meer dan gemiddeld voor. De bereikbaarheid aan de hand van de Tom Tom is uitermate slecht.Wanneer het adres wordt ingegeven in de navigatie komt men onherroepelijk bij een keuterboertje uit die (waarschijnlijk) met een lang en opgewonden verhaal vertelt dat dit de verkeerde locatie is (voor zover niet al duidelijk).Verstaat de toerist geen Italiaans...? Geen nood dan vertelt hij zijn verhaal gewoon nog eens. Een telefoontje naar het hotel wijst uit dat beter een ander adres aangehouden kan worden. Met een klink is dit aangepast op het internet, maar tot dusverre is dat niet gelukt. De arme receptionisten moeten steeds de verontwaardigde verhalen van nieuwe toeristen slikken. |

Le service, la vue (coucher du soleil sur la mer !!), la qualité de la chambre, le tarif proposé Isolation phonique entre les chambres et le couloir (voisin de chambre insomniaque et faisant les 100 pas toute la nuit...). Aussi, beaucoup de chambres étaient libres à ce moment : l'hôtel aurait très bien pu nous éviter d'avoir des voisins directs... |

Rustgevende omgeving. Mooi uitzicht over de omgeving vanaf het zwembad. Gezellig pleintje waar `s morgens en `s avonds gegeten werd. Mooi damast tafellinnen. |

Bijzondere sfeer in mooie omgeving.Prima ontbijt. Behoorlijk lastig te vinden als je in het donker moet zoeken. Navigatie-adres is niet hetzelfde als het adres vermeld in de boeking. |
