We enjoyed the high standard of the accommodation and the extras provided, such as the free water provided daily We found the restaurant prices high compared with other comparable hotels in Sicily. We found the reception staff quite distant and not very friendly. |

most of the staff were very friendly ..very professional which was great yet they opened up and laughed with us when we asked them questions...made us feel pampered but at home at the same time which is a rare quality! The setting of hotel, view etc, pool, courtyard at night where we dined was just exquisite, relaxing, elegant..bliss. Had small baby, was no problem. not ideal for young kids, quiet Food was nice but could be tiny bit better as in more authentic, as in fresh pasta was rare. An English/Irish Paper would have been nice in lobby. Still I would go back tomorrow! Remote, on a hill. Ideal for relaxation..loved it |

The hotel was beautiful. Very peaceful. The staff were excellent. The only problem was the location. A little far out from the town if you were staying for a long period. |

Localisation au milieu des vignes. Qualité des repas (dîner et petit déjeuner pris dans la cour intérieure). Panorama grandiose. Piscine au soleil couchant. Difficile à trouver, le GPS renvoyant toujours dans une ferme en ruine située de l'autre côté du vignoble...(problème connu par la réception de l'hôtel) |

Personeel erg aardig en hulpvaardig. Het geheel maakt een verzorgde indruk. Puur persoonlijk, zou het prettig zijn als het ontbijt vanaf 7 uur zou kunnen worden geserveerd. Het hotel ligt in de buurt van Trapani en de vluchten die daar vroeg vertrekken zorgen er voor dat mensen vroeg naar het vliegveld moeten en nu alleen snel een kopje thee en een croissant naar binnen kunnen werken. |

De omgeving was schitterend ook het personeel was aardig. Over het ontbijt zijn wij niet tevreden, als je zoals wij om 9 uur ging ontbijten dat was er aan brood en beleg niets meer geen ei meer te bekennen en als je vroeg naar kaas of iets anders dan was het antwoord alles is op. Dit vindt ik zeer slecht voor een hotel. |
