Beautiful resort, very quiet and peaceful and ideal for a quiet relaxing get away. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be more imaginative and satelite TV would be good, as the surrounding area doesn't have much to offer by way of entertainment. |

Getting out of it The walls are paper thin, the beach is dirty, there are no facilities for tourists in the locality, the dinner in the associated hotel next door was disgusting, the staff serving us were rude, the power kept going during our dinner, the air conditioning didnt work. Guest reviews most definitely dont reflect my experience.Theres a very misleading photograph showing the corner of the pool - its tiny |

Cleanliness, comfort and friendliness/helpfulness of staff mosquitoes in bar and restaurant at night-time was the only discomfort could be looked into as it did not affect the locals. |

The resort was very pretty, but the season had not started properly and the beach was not clean. There was a lack of information available on the facilities, restaurants, buses etc. the staff were not well informed on local transport. the lack of information on what to do in the area, bus timetables etc |

Das Resort bietet eine gemütliche Athmosphäre, wenige Zimmer verteilt auf 2 Gebäude, kein Rummel. Der Strand am Hotel war unbenutzbar, weil er nicht von den vielen natürlichen Anschwemmungen gesäubert wurde. |

La propreté et le luxe de la chambre, le personnel est assez sympa, terrain bien entretenu. La plage est loin, sale et laide. Impossible d'avoir un simple café en pleine journée. La chambre n'est absolument pas insonorisée. Rien aux alentours...obligé d'avoir une voiture. |

ho apprezzato la cortesia del personale, la bellezza dell'edificio, la pulizia e la dimensione delle camere e del bagno avrei gradito poter usufruire della camera prima delle ore 16 del giorno di arrivo (per esempio alle ore 13), inoltre la zona esterna ,periferia di trapani, è trascurata e poco pulita ( non imputabile al resort..) |

De ligging van de kamers in het Resort was veel rustiger dan in het hotel dat 100 m verderop lag - een aanrader voor wie prijs stelt op stilte en privacy ( afgesloten domein ) Om uit te gaan eten is een auto onontbeerlijk - avondmaaltijden in het nabijgelegen hotel zijn qua kwaliteit gematigd. |

Rust, authentieke sfeer, dicht bij het strand, keukenblok op kamer. Geen balkon, kapotte (broodnodige) horren, receptie niet constant bemand (waardoor inchecken en afhandeling niet soepel), ontbijt minimaal, reparatie kluis duurde een eeuwigheid, slecht engels sprekend personeel, weinig servicegerichte- en/of respectvolle tegemoettreding door receptiepersoneel van naastgelegen Baia dei Mulini hotel, weinig tot geen aankleding van de kamer, oude airco |

Het resort in gevestigd in een uitgebouwde molen. Onze kamer was erg groot. Daarnaast ligt het letterlijk aan het strand en kan er gebruik worden worden van de faciliteiten van het naast gelegen mulini hotel. De kamer vertoonde nogal wat gebreken. Electriciteit werkte niet altijd, kluisje in de kamer was stuk en de douche had geen constante temperatuur. |
