Friendly owner and convenient location to walk into the city. Good size bathroom but the main feature was the ability to make our own hot drinks at any time during the day, which was much appreciated! |

Very friendly owner, lots of useful information about the town of Lucca, the restaurants and the things to do in the area. Even had free internet and dvd player with films to watch suitable for families. |

Good location, although not in the city walls, less than 5 minutes walk from the walled town and at the end where the good restaurants and shops etc. are. The breakfast pastries were the best we had throughout our stay in Tuscany! Good recommendations for restaurants although you need to book the most popular one. |

almost everything. Location is perfect for visit to city.Staff very friendly and helpful.room was very good, good space and well equiped bathroom. good breakfast, great choices. After getting lost ,on our drive from Pisa airport to Lucca(20 mins journey turned into Two and a half hours.....) It was such a warm and friendly reception on our arrival at the Rest In Lucca .The staff and the rooms were all first class.Our breakfast on the courtyard scrumptious, served by the lovely Manuela.My wife and I and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a good area within walking distance of the centre of Lucca. Free car parking available in the street. |
