Excellent location. So close to the coliseum and public transit. Plenty of excellent restraunts to walk to. Owners were very helpful, made sure we were comfortable. Looked after our taxi to the airport arrived on time.
All good. Air conditioning was the best. Nice welcome gifts. EZ people to do business with. Thanks.
very clean, luxurious interior, rooftop balcony , good kitchen
there was not much not to like. This one can be called LUXURIOUS
Great, convenient location. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Very comfortable for a family. Helpful and kind owners.
Once you could find your bearings for this place located on a small street, you could appreciate that it was conveniently situated. The apartment was comfortable and pleasant. The representative who met us at the beginning was very nice and helpful and the management was cooperative when we had to make a change to our reservation.
The entrance door was a bit of a put off... our medium size suitcases could hardly go through the front door which was also old and a bit dilapidated. Then, you had to walk up 62 steps to get to the apartment!
Location close to Ancient Rome eg: Colosseum, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, Palatine Hill (just to name a few) all within literally a few minutes walk, Hop on Hop off bus around the corner, Supermarkets and restaurants close by and an apartment with clean new facilities including 4 bathrooms! You can't ask for more.
Bit far from mainstream shopping but to be fair, I chose the location for sightseeing rather than shopping.
Wi Fi good
Very poor facilities eg no plugs for sinks. No tea towels to wipe up, very little soap of any sort. Devore very rouge
Great central location.
No lift in this building and the apartment is on the 5th floor. Very difficult for older people to carry their suitcases up 5 flights of a spiral staircase. Difficult to enter as you need to phone to have someone meet you to let you into the building.
The top floor outdoor terrace and Location Grocery store around the corner and a bakery on bottom floor
Close to transport and only a very short walk to Romes major attractions .
No lift to floors and being rather old lacked a bit of polish and sparkle. But clean enough non the less
Perfect location, very comfortable to live, I give all my best recommendations to others will travel in Rome.
We went to Rome to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday in September 2014. The 3 bedroom apartment was very clean and with 4 bathrooms ideal for us all to get ready fast to see all the sites. The apartment was 5 minutes walk from the Coleseum and there was 2 nearby supermarkets and lots of restaurants 2 minutes away. Federico was extremely helpful and marked on a map were everything was nearby. He also let us have a late check out as our flight was not until 9.30 at night. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment it was excellently situated for all the best sights.
Looks great in the advertisement, but a complete fraud!
Would not answer phone given with booking. No directions in booking that created NO way to check-in. Called Booking.com to get directions, and they even could not get details straight. We finally found a place resembling residence, but no one would answer door. Complete disaster! We had to find alternate accommodations after multiple attempts.
Very nice apartment, great spot
Not a lot
Properly was clean, spacious well equipped with air conditioning. It is only 10 minutes walk from Termini train station and it is within walking distance of the Colesseum. On top of this there is a very nice roof top terrace
The Heat!Rome in August is very hot
Staying in a traditional Italian style apartment in the heart of the city.
There was only air conditioning in the living room and 1 of the bedrooms.
Large comfortable apartment with a good level of kit. Communications with Paula were always good, helping with queries very quickly. Close by to many 'local' restaurants which give much better food and prices than at the tourist hotspots.
If you want to walk everywhere, this apartment is too far from the central attractions of Rome.
Federico from the agency was at the apartment to meet us, and he gave us some extremely good restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself was exactly what we wanted and the mezzanine bedroom immediately caused arguments between our two teenage children! Location was perfect being 100m from the Colesseum, with many very reasonably priced restaurants and a supermarket close by. The taxi driver (arranged by Federico) went above and beyond his duty when he brought us back to the airport and helped us pick up our hire car for onward travel to Sorrento.
Really a beautiful apartment with great decor- not your typical Ikea set up, as is the case with most apartments for rental! And really spacious! We had 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, 2 full bathrooms, as well as an entire rooftop terrace stocked with a grill and seating for at least 8 people. Wow! Great location- we were just a block and a half from the Colosseum, which made it easy to see the sites, get to the Colosseum Metro stop, etc. Great value for the money- definitely the best value I found in the whole time I was traveling through Italy
The key pick up and drop off was a bit of a nightmare. I was thankful that they allowed us to leave our bags in the office, as we arrived early in the morning (before check in), but it was a huge hassle to get the keys to actually get in in the afternoon. The person who was supposed to meet us did not show up on time, and it was only after emailing the main office (no other way to reach them!) that we were able to sort it out. In the end, we had to wait about 45 minutes. They also made us set a time for departure/ key exchange which was a bit of a hassle (most other rentals just let you leave the keys). The logistic hassle made me wonder if this was worth it for a 2 day stay, but if you're staying in Rome for a while, I'd still really recommend it!
Very close to colosseum. Perfect for 2 families traveling together. Children had their own space. Beautiful terrace
Kitchen was a bit small
Ideal location in old historic area close to many of Rome's attractions. Good restaurants and supermarkets near. Apartment had a nice terrace and was full of character. Well equipped and furnished for a relatively small apartment. We liked it.
Bathroom could do with an overhaul and intensive clean.
Location and size was fantastic. Terrace was a highlight too
Location is excellent but this only one benefit. It should be grear for group of students
This is the place just to spend the night. There is a kitchen with 5 kitchen device but only one power supply on the floor. No air conditioning. Be careful to step on the floor barefoot. Your feet will turn black immediately. In general looks like owner bought this facility, painted the walls and put some IKEA furniture. No spirit, no charm no even try to make ir cozy.
Apartments are beatiful! A lot of space, two showers, perfect location near the coliseum!
Apartment had great character and while small has two terraces so lots of opportunities to dine al fresco! Great ice cream parlour opposite , supermarket Elite close by and lots of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Within seven minutes walk of Colosseum ,Forum, Palatine and Rome Termini.
Air conditioning would have been great but electric fans did their job.Another mirror would have been useful .
I like the terrace view and design of the apartment. Also, there are bakery and restaurant just besides the apartment. I recommend to eat from them as they are excellent and have tasty foods and nice staff.
The Taxi stand and metro is about 10-20 mins walk away. The apartment has small cockroach that appear from time to time. If the cleaning is done every day than this problem would be solved and better rating I will definitely give a better rating.
