Hotel Argentina has easy access to public transportation and a great location for sightseeing, shopping or eating out in Rome. Termini Station is just 650 ft from the hotel.

Retro style of room decoration.
Great value, clean, friendly, helpful staff, great communication re booking from staff, good free wi if, no surprise add ons to cost, you pay what you book. Proper, working, modern air cons! Fantastic location. Great experience all round, highly recommended!
Small double is small. Not a problem, it is clearly described as such, but some people may find it too small. Bathrooms are small. Again no issue from my pov, but larger people may find it a squeeze.
Excellent hotel very close to the Colosseum. Our apartment had 2 nice double beds, a kitchen, an outdoor courtyard, 60s style and good air conditioning! Clean and comfortable. Helpful receptionist. Nice bar/café nearby. We only stayed for one night but wish we had time for more.
Nothing - even our 15 year old daughter loved it!
Close to the colosseum n just walking distance to many other attractions
The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable, with perfect decoration! The hotel was close to Coloseum in a peaceful neighborhood!
What a surprise in the middle of what we initially thought a not very nice street . Very wonderful staff. Excellent little apartment. Fantastic location and actually came alive (but not too noisy) at night. We will go back.
It was nice place to stay. A very good localization. Room was very clean.
We had to pay extra fee, for late check in.
The location is ideal. Just a couple of minutes walk to the awesome colosseum. The staff are so friendly - thank you Christina and Angela. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely', I would nip to local supermarket for whatever we wanted.
Never judge a book by its cover as it doesn't look like much on arrival but is a quaint place to stay.
Welcoming helpful friendly personal, comfortable and clean room, will definitely suggest the hotel
Kitchen facilities adequate; good air conditioning; restaurants, grocery store, Metro nearby, quiet neighborhood; available lift; Sandra and Angela were most helpful and friendly
Shower drain flooded easily thereby we had to let the water trickle while showering to avoid a flood; we had to ask for additional toiletries which weren't readily replenished after room was cleaned
perfect for short stay owner is very friendly good location
Friendly staff who speaks English, very helpful, let me borrow an Italian to American electrical adapter at no charge. Very close to the colloseum in a nice little neighborhood.
Hard to find! No sign out front. Just make sure you know the address and you'll be fine. Room is small but you're paying for location.
Cozy bed, clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff
Wifi is not working at all, we can't plan for our next trip. This is terrible. We have been told that the breakfast time starts from 7am, but we have been waited for 30minute. The breakfast shop is not open.
The location of the appartment is wonderfull (around the corner of the Coloseum). A warm welcome including a map and information about Rome. We chose to book the appartment without breakfast, that is no problem since there is a nice coffee shop around the corner (advise of the appartment staff).
There is no elevator so that can be a problem for disabled people.
Really helpful staff and great location
Entrance difficult to find without help
Great location public transportation just around the corner. Also close to restaurants and grocery store.
it is not a hotel, it is very simple, the picture showed on internet is not true, the hotel is not safe, just an a partment in a resident building. Moreover, if you late check in you have to pay more money; and in the morning, the boss asked you check out very early. same price, you could find a very nice and good hotel near from the center.
This hotel was closer to the Termini Station and Colosseum. Lot of places to eat and drink in the vicinity.
It was an isolated places with a door which you have to ring to get in. Moreover you have to have the key of your room and main gate if you want to come late night. Somehow I wasn't comfortable with this arrangement. WiFi wasn't working due to some technical difficulty.
All the girls at reception were amazing!! Very friendly, and so helpful in helping me find a gluten free restaurant :)
The bathroom was tiny, i could barely sit on the toilet!
Close to Colosseum, quite neighborhood, privacy
Distance to Metro
Very clean and perfect location. only less than 5 minutes walking to Colosseo. Stuff is very patient to answer questions. and free map provided.
the appearance of hotel is poor. and a bit expensive.
The staff was very nice and chatty at the check-in. The room & bathroom are small, but they are very clean.
Unfortunately, they don't have a 24/7 reception. It gets a bit cold at night (been there in the beginning of May) and I haven't seen any heaters in the room. There was a distinct smell in the room, noticeable especially when you enter the room.
Dont waste your money on this unfreindly place. The location is close to colleseum but its a dead place
its a dead place no people no stff no good reception
The apartment we got is well equipped. Metro, bus, and tram are all in easily walking distance. There is a supermarket nearby. Sandra, the host, was very kind.
Good location near colosseum.
Checking in was challenging because the front desk woman had a hard time logging into her computer (because she couldn't remember the password because it had a "combination of upper and lower case letters"). When we arrived at the hotel - checkin was 11am and we wanted to put our bags in our room so we could go out for the day - but the front desk woman wasn't accommodating as she told us our bags in the room would prevent them from being able to clean the floors. We told her we didn't mind if they just worked around our bags as we weren't overly concerned if the floor was freshly moped - but this seemed to really upset her. Also checkin was challenging because - the front desk girl is only there for several hours a day wouldn't be back until after 5pm - which meant we would have had to plan our day around her limited time on site. The room was fine - in the bathroom the shower head was taped on because it was apparently broken - but they never got around to fixing it. The bed was fairly uncomfortable. Overall the hotel was less than ideal minus the location.
