1. Είχε μόνο βαρειές κουρτίνες στα παράθυρα και το δωμάτιο ήταν πλήρως ορατό από τα απέναντι παράθυρα. Θα έπρεπε να έχει και διαφανείς. 2. Δεν υπήρχε σαλόνι στο χώρο υποδοχής. 3. Το υποτιθέμενο "Δωρεάν" Ιντερνετ είχε μόνο μία συσκευή σε μια αίθουσα συσκέψεων και δεν λειτούργησε ποτέ. 4. Ο χώρος και τα τραπέζια του πρωινού ήταν πολύ φτωχικά για τη κατηγορία του ξενοδοχείου. 5. Η καθημερινή καθαριότητα του δωματίου για λόγους που δεν κατάλαβα δεν γίνονταν έγκαιρα (συνήθως μετά τις 4 το απόγευμα, όταν είχαμε πια γυρίσει).

Staffs are very helpful and its situated just 5 minutes walks from the Termini station. The breakfast is excellent and offers packed breakfast if you want it.

Filthy disgusting smelly carpets that didn't get vacuumed during our 5 night stay; dirty moldy shower; a bed so soft and lumpy that felt more like a hammock. However, we luckily got switched on our 3rd night to another room with better beds and a nice new bathtub. * They are doing renovations to their common "family room" spaces, which was the main reason we booked the hotel. So we were disappointed that they were closed off for use. This should've been made clear before we booked.

The bed was amazing comfort and the breakfast had everything.

The hotel has to be renovated. The carpet is very old and dirty, and the wall have to be painted!!

Very convenient location just a few minutes walk to the train station and metro U line. Staffs are kind and helpful. You can drop your luggages at the hotel and enjoy your city walk before check-in and after check-out.

Breakfast was a little bit disappointing.

The staff were courteous and very helpfull in directions to tourist attractions. They always had a splendid smile to greet you on your arrival . I would return to this hotel because of the friendliness of staff and the peacefull surroundings.

I'm often guest in Rome, but it was my first stay in Rex Hotel. I was surprised greatly. Excellent location (behind via Nazionalle and santa maria majjiore, 5 minutes walking from termini station, 15 minutes walking from Coliseo), big rooms and very friendly personal, at least on reception. Breakfast was a little bit plain but it was enough for nice day starting (ham, cheese, omlette, some cakes, corns, yogurts, fruits). I would recommend to make cosmetic rennovation and change bath equipment but in a whole it is great value for money. Additional thanks to booking.com for truely responses and nice offer.

Our stay at the hotel as a young couple was excellent! The location is great, just near the central Termini station, which gives you an easy excess to the metro lines to any direction, and also trains to the airport. Then, its also a walking distanse to many main tourist attractions. The hotel is situated in the quiet, though central area. The room was big enough, clean, with all the facilities. The breakfast was excellent- tastiest coffee and very helpful staff.The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. I would strongly recomment the stay in this hotel to the other visitors.

Maybe, the breakfast menu should have been more variable, but it was fair enough fot the price we paid.

Breakfast was nice. Internet was free. There was a library and a children's room. Very cozy.
