It was a good location both to get to from the station and then as a base for sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and efficient. If I was to return to Rome for another weekend break I would also return to this hotel. |

Very close to many of Rome's attractions, lots of space in the hotel room, found it very family friendly as we were staying there with an infant. It was very hot in the room but we were able to open the windows and sleep just fine. |

very friendly staff, lovely playroom for kids, elegant reading room, free wifi, attention to details (the carpet in the lift is changed everyday to say 'monday' tuesday', etc; mini muffins by the bed as you arrive, weather forecast in the lift, etc) walls are a bit thin so you don't always get the quietest night |

Very helpful and friendly staff, was able to use the internet to confirm my flight ticket and check emails, great breakfast. the heating was too warm in my room and I didn't know how to turn it down. |

Location near Termini Station was great (but not too close!), Staff were very friendly and helpful, plenty of restaurants around, Metro nearby. Even with good public transport links, we still found it easy to walk to everything, so as to experience Rome. Reasonable choice at breakfast and fresh cappucino's were an added treat. Nice big room by european standards. |

extremely nice, helpful staff- especially at the front desk, convenient location, good included breakfast, the free wifi (and cable internet) was especially great as other hotels we were looking at had ridiculous fees for internet usage, big beds, homey feeling floors and walls could have looked cleaner |

The front counter staff girls were very helpful. Housekeeping was also very good I was allocated a single room, the bed was tiny and the bedside table was so close that rolling over in bed meant i knocked the bedside table. |

It is quite close to Roma Termini train station and the area has a lot of hotels so not dangerous. The breakfast is not so nice. The comfort of the rooms are not perfect but enough The cleanless of the bathroom and breakfast |

The staff was all very polite and well informed. They had several attentions with us, and even printed the front pages of the newspaper from our home-land. The bathroom was not in perfect conditions. The fan in the room made too much noise, but if we turned it off, the room became too hot. |

Nothing (apart from my boyfriend ;) ) no internet connection in a room, even though it was included in the price. no heating system (according to hotel's staff it was too early - mid November). horrible breakfast, nothing to choose from whatsoever. |

breakfast and location yes the hotel was dissapointing definately no where near a 4star i am writing to complain my 21st birthday was ruined due to inaccurate descriptions and photos found on the site. the walls and carpets were covered in stains overall it was appauling. |
