Hyvä sijainti, lentokentältä pääsi kätevästi junalla Terminiin ja siitä kävelemällä hotelliin. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä aamiainen, siisti huone, extrayllätys radio kuului WC:ssä. Vanha kerrostalo, jossa on huoneet sokkelomaisesti, mutta se ei haitannut. |

Terminin asemalta oli helppo tulla hotelliin. Hotellista oli helppo kulkea joko kävellen tai metrolla/bussilla nähtävyyksille. Aamupala oli hyvä. |

Sijainti. Erittäin helppo mennä hotellille Terminiltä. Lisäksi hotelli on aika lähellä historiallista keskustaa. Hotelli saisi olla siistimpi. |

The children were happy and occupied with a playstation and access to movies. This made our time in the hotel very relaxing after a day sight-seeing. .The hotel were helpful regarding luggage and a pleasant place to sit while waiting after checking out. Excellent location. Breakfast had a good selection but the "hot" food was cold. |

We stayed there for three nights great room and excellent breakfast. Very close to the Termini Station is definetly a plus. Will recomend to anyone. |

One of the male receptionists was very helpful and always friendly. The breakfast was just a continental as fry was always gone straight away & never refilled. There was a technical problem with the fire alarm which went off at 4am. At checkout the next day we received no apology and they still hadn't got someone out to fix it. Luckily it only went off at 4am, 4:30am and 8am! |

Flavia (guest services) was wonderful and incredibly helpful. The hotel alarm went off five times during our final night. It would have been nice to be compensated for our inconvenience (even with an apology the following morning). |
