Hotel Rex

Konumu çok iyiydi. Termini tren istasyonuna, metroya ve ana otobüs terminaline yakın olması nedeniyle ulaşım çok rahattı. Çalışanlar(özellikle resepsiyon) çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odalar yeterli büyüklükteydi. Banyo çok temizdi. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve iyiydi.

Oda dekorasyonu biraz daha iyi olabilir. Oda iç temizliğine daha fazla dikkat edilebilir.

Location was excellent, with tourist attractions all nearby. Reception staff were helpful, recommending an excellent local restaurant. They also dealt efficiently with our complaint about ants in the room. We liked our roof-top terrace.

The room was not cleaned well - we had a problem with many ants crawling in the bed. The hotel was not 4* standard - poor quality of furnishings, not enough staff in the breakfast room.

The majority of the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was in good condition and the location for accessing the city was fantastic.

The breakfast was not great. More soundproofing is required in the hallway as we could here all discussions and noises from our room.

Was pleasantly surprised with the excellent location of the Hotel Rex and being a woman travelling alone was able to go out in the early evening to eat, feeling quite safe.

The rather inadequate public areas which were dimly lit were dissappointing. A pleasant comfortable lounge would have been nice. Instead one went to one's room and watched BBC News or read, sitting on the bed.

The hotel is situated quite close to the station. We were nicely greeted by the staff.The room was quite big and confortable, the breakfast was quite enough to get power from very morning.

The room was a smoking one so there was smell but all the rest was OK

Room is spacious with high ceiling and nicely furnished for the price. Hotel staff especially senior staff at front desk were very couteous and helpful.

Well equipped with wine glasses but no tea making facilities. But not a big problem since we did not spend much waking hours in the room.

The hotel was easy to find, excellent staff both at the front desk and at the breakfast room, genuinely friendly and nice, eager to help with all our needs, generous breakfast and very nice large room. The room was clean, the fixtures were very nice and we liked the room on the courtyard, nice breeze, air conditioning worked and not a noisey place. The television was good, nice size, nice fridge and even wine glasses in the room!!

We had to turn one of the mattresses because it was sagging in the middle. Once we turned the mattress it was fine. The internet situation was very poor although we were able to stand in line to use the hotel computer behind the desk on several evenings and then able to use the computer in the library on other evenings (waiting in line again(.
