Location is the reason to choose this hotel. It is right next to the Rialto Bridge, I didn't spend much effort to find the hotel. We stayed at Level 4 but the lift only goes up to Level 2, so we have to carry our bags etc to 4th Floor.

The hotel is located amidst teeming crowds of lowlives on the Rialto bridge. Very noisy day and night. Very central location for walking and vaporettos. Hotel was very rigid and would not let us leave a day early even though we had stayed an extra day early. I have never encountered this in 40+ years of travel. After I complained to Bookings.com and the nice woman we spoke to called them they still refused. When I told them that I would write a review of their hotel they finally relented and let us go a day early after five days. I recommend strongly against staying at this hotel! The vaporetto system in Venice is so good and so reasonably priced that it would have been much better for us to have stayed in a quiet lower priced location. Fwg 102311 The only good thing about the hotel was the nice girl who served us breakfast.

We had a nice room (Junior-Suite) with a real view on to the Rialto Bridge and the Canal Grande. You could view from the window the daily live, the transport of goods by boat and the tourist crowd on the Rialto bridge. - It can be that at night there are some loud, drunken tourists in front of the Hotel or Bar / Restaurants near by, otherwise the noise of the vapparetos didn't bother us. They stopp at midnight. Breakfast - Buffet was ok. Service staff was friendly but busy. At breakfast you have to order special coffee the ordinary coffee is bitter. (Luckily the Cappucino's or other coffees were without addtional charge),

Rooms are tiny. Expected in a city hotel, especially Venice, but smallest I've ever seen and too hot at night! Location is good

The Rialto is ideally situated for everything. We have stayed there before but this time we were disappointed with a lot of things The room was very small and too hot. The room was located at the side of the hotel looking out on to a passage where people walked through. All night there was noise due to people talking whistling deliveries very early in the morning. Would choose another hotel next time. We liked the friendliness of the reception staff and also the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was ideal also

Location was great. Service was good too. The walls in my room were covered with a fabric wall covering that was dirty and stained.

Venice is not a clean city and being right on the water does add challenges. For 200e we expected cleanliness, plug-ins, working Wi-Fi. Tiny room above dumpsters, had a smell and made you hope that there were no bed bugs. Great location though with the public water taxi immediately out the door and easy access to shopping and the sites of Venice. Nice breakfast was included.

I absolutely loved the location! It was within walking distance to everything and the is a waterbus stop within 20 feet of the entrance to the hotel. Perfect location! The only thing I didn't like was the construction that was taking place right outside my window (literally) that began at 7:30 in the morning every morning. Annoying, but tolerable!

The location was fantastic. We paid a little extra for a canal view which was totally worth it. Unfortunately although the staff were very pleasant, they weren't particularly helpful. We struggled a little bit with services that were said could be organised through the concierge, however they could not provide assistance.

-Very good location!!!! -The room is beautiful, full of Venetian Style. -位置特别好,打开窗户就是Rialto桥。 -房间很有风格,前台也很有范儿。 -Wifi is expensive. -Wifi收费且按小时收费,还不可以在屋里上需要到前厅。

Great location. Our daughter lost her Venice doll in the room, we call to the hotel and fax out next destination to them. They end up mail the doll to us before we leave Italy. That's impressive. Walking to the room is quite long. Feel bad for the porter to carry such suitcases to a long hall walk up and down as well.

Very convenient and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location was noisy, beyond control of staff. Proximity to neighbouring accommodation resulted in late night disturbance by revellers.

Amazing location and value for money with a view right in front of the Rialto Bridge. We had the junior suite with canal view which overlooked The Grand Canal and Rialto bridge. Noise was minimal thanks to double glazed windows and doors. Easy 10 min stroll to St Marks Square and other locations. The staff were extremely helpful and available 24/7 - they even had a spare power adapter for me when I lost mine. Breakfast was also wonderful and the wine at breakfast was a naughty but nice touch. The bed was pretty stiff so I wouldnt want to do much more than a night or two on that but to be honest that's all.
