The location was the only good thing about the stay at this hotel. The people at the front desk were very rude when we did show up and then when we had my wife's mother come visit (she was staying at another hotel) us and she needed to use the bathroom in our room the front desk person questioned us on why she was in the hotel. I felt like we were in some sort of jail where we had to get approval on who could come in. We left the hotel early and found another hotel to stay in. |

It has a great location which was easy to find, and is right by the vaporetto stops. It was a maze to find the room. |

Very comfortable rooms - one triple for children and junior suite which must have had one of the best views of the Grand Canal in the whole city. Could almost touch the Rialto bridge from our balcony! Air conditioning left a bit of a puddle on the bathroom floor but who cares with view like that! |

The location was fantastic as was the view from the panoramic terrace plus the staff were very professional and efficent. Breakfast on the sidewalk terrace was a bonus. Room 302. It was at the side of the hotel ovelooking a courtyard-passageway and the noise was almost incessant. generator, workers, late night revellers arguing till 3am plus the room was very dark though quite stylish and atmospheric. But simply no view or sleep so it may be worthwhile paying extra to ensure a view. |

The locations was superb and convenient to all major attractions. Service was excellent. Breakfast is accceptable but could be improved. Outdoor breakfast seating is recommended. Water taxi's can be accessed from outside of hotel. Room decor and bath facilities are dated. |

Location - couldn't be better. Breakfast very good. Room was nice and spacious. Panoramic Terrace with great view over Grand Canal. We had to climb 7 flights of steep stairs to get to our room and were not pre-warned about this |

Staff were helpful. Great location in middle of Venice. Hotel itself was of a good standard. Pity the staff didn't mention that the 'free' tour of Murano glass factory didn't include return boat ride back to Venice! |

The location was super! When we wanted something, they gave it to us in a few minutes. There was a cricket in the bathtub! The only English channel was CNN and we watched news the whole night! |
