1) At booking in, man in reception gave door key to porter to take bags - without asking. A particularly sour faced man who didn't even greet us. Tipped as expected but reluctantly. 2) Room smelled musky and decor needed refreshing. 3) Map given at reception - very poor quality and unable to read place names. Some may not like the noise throughout night and early morn workers.
Excellent breakfast buffet. Waitresses genuinely pleasant and efficient. Good location
room was cold told the heating comes on at 10pm but no heating came on the two nights I was there
Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for sightseeing and getting back to airport by water is.
The location was amazing..
€400 a night for a view of a crane on a smelly canal. Tourists passing below our window at all hours. Noisy. Expensive. Shabby
Building works close by
Stunning view, very spacious.
Internet solo en lobby
El desayuno muy completo.
Located near the rialto brigde. Easy access to find what I need. Fantastic panoramic view!! Very relaxing and safe place.
View was spoilt by a dredger outside
Lovely spacious junior suite with antique type furniture
The thermostat only blew hot air. Miserable night and our room window only opened to a noisy service shaft.
Location and staff. Very clean hotel
breakfast room too small
Friendly staff good breakfast near to st mark sq
Max at the front desk is a rude, resentful person who should have found any profession but the hospitality industry. He openly discriminates between different guests and acts like he is doing us a favor by accepting our money so we may stay in the hotel. Absolutely disgusting person. Room was so tiny we had to move sideways next to the bed. Walls covered with fabric and a lot of dust in the room!!
The location of the hotel is right on the Rialto bridge. However, Venice is so tiny that you can walk anywhere from anywhere in 15 minutes. There is no need to choose location of your hotel.
Noises of passing trolleys and birds outside the Hotel.
Good position and very clean hotel.
Front desk was helpful and arranged for free boat to Murano Glass Factory.
The room was very hot
The staff were friendly and helpful

One could say the view from room - looking straight out at a wall - BUT - you get what you pay for! One couldn't be more central, the room was fine and very quiet and the view over the canal you can get from the terrace.
Location! perfect at the foot of Riolta Bridge. Only 2 mins walk from the Alilaguna water bus stop (from/to airport) perfect! Great breakfast, were lucky enough each morning to get a table overlooking the Canal, and could watch Venice waking to a new day. Staff very helpful and professional.
Breakfast was cold x
The view was amazing x
Location location location! Could not have picked up a better location then this. Our room (that was upgraded, thanks!!) to aa room with a view was simply perfect. Amazing evil of the great canal, lovely furnitu. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was very good!
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and had all amenities that we needed. The rooftop terrace was incredible- great views of the grand canal and a lovely place to watch things go by. The hotel location was in a fantastic place, right on the Rialto bridge and close to everything that you could want to see. Overall, this hotel made our stay in venice very enjoyable and we couldn't rate the staff or room highly enough. Thank you!
First room was at the end of a maze of turns where wifi was lost, could not sit on the toilet without knees hitting the shower. Front desk was condescending and could be friendlier.
Location, good breakfast. Room 106 closer to the front of hotel had good wifi, larger bath and beautiful wooden beams in ceiling. My niece liked the cute bell boys
Our window faced the ongoing construction so not a pretty sight. Fortunately they did not work Saturday so we did not get woke up early with the noise.
The gentleman at the front desk suggested a wonderful place for dinner when our 1st choice was unnavailable and even secured a reservation for us. Housekeeping brought us extra pillows as requested. Location was very convenient.
