View from the room, location, staff. All great. Second time at the hotel, first for work, this time for fun. Both excellent. Will be back.
The crane outside our window... but as work was being done on the vaporetto stop, hardly the hotel's fault.
Nice big room after changing from the box room. Great location. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Would recommend to people definitely.
Didn't like the building work starting at 7am outside and the windows covered with board where they were drilling. Couldn't tell the weather or time of day.
Beautiful room (junior suite with Grand Canal view), great classical decor. Wonderful location. Good restaurants nearby.
Wifi was super slow
Location and cleanliness
Booked a junior suite with canal views, room was very big, newly decorated and new bathroom, couldnt fault it, also had two balconies overlooking the grand canal. Reception staff very helpful, breakfast good. I would stay at this hotel again.
Very small room (318) for this high price (168 euro), and no view from our room. The shutters where closed for covering the bad view. With the result that the room was cheerless and dark...
Breakfast was acceptable
Under construction. Scaffolding outside our window. Workers started drilling, hammering and sanding 7am in the morning. The bed was two twins put together and hard as a rock. the shower was a hole in the floor.
We really liked the view of canal from the hotel
The speed of Internet was slow
Staff were great
Found the rooms a little small and dated .. But then again tiur in the best location... Price was a lot for the rooms but that's venice I guess in carnival week
Excellent location Excellent and helpful staff Breakfast is good

Great location, dated hotel
Small room Lift upstairs

Location is good
The location of the hotel, the style of the hotel and the ventian feel.
The room service wasn't very clear on prices.
Location. Friendly staff.
Location is brilliant breakfast lovely friendly staff on the whole prompt room service and did what we requested would stay there again the location is unbeatable
Bed a little bit hard but this seems to be Italian beds
loved the fitout of the room
the room felt damp n dusty
Central location and period decor. Staff very helpful.
Bathroom door and door frame were badly marked with paint missing. All around the bathroom side of door just above the floor level paint was chipped off. Suggest some serious decorating required. Get rid of the Pink, Blue and Clear chandelier and wall lights. Looked like alien craft.
Location is perfect for exploring Venice, some great restaurants and bars within a short walk.. Comfortable room.. Excellent staff..
Everything. My legs were shaking, my knees were about to give out I couldn't believe my eyes! It was everything I expected and SOOO much more. Thank you for the experience of a life time!
Fair breakfast and location
The hotel should renovate, it's not worth to pay.
