It is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the wonderful Saint Mark's Square, with a stroll along the Mercerie, the shopping streets where charming artisan shops alternate with trendy stores of renowned international houses such as Gucci, Prada, Cartier, and Louis Vuitton.

Completely refurnished in a combination of modern and Venetian style, the hotel features a terrace restaurant and bar which offer an ever-changing view of the daily life of the busy and colourful Grand Canal.

Area information

After crossing the Rialto Bridge (just outside the hotel), you will be at the picturesque Rialto fruit market and the historic fish market. At only 20 metres from the hotel you will also find the stop for the vaporettos that go every 10 minutes to Gallerie dell’Accademia and Peggy Guggenheim Collection (the art galleries hold old and contemporary masterpieces) and to all the main museums and landmarks of Venice.

it's a old 4 stars, and it's like a 2 stars. the room was very small and the bathroom was basic.
the breakfast was awfull and it was impossible to drink the coffee

Its Location is perfect.As Venice is a maze of sreets and alley ways it was ideally suited to be able to find your way back when you are out for a walk. In addition when you were moving on the water again it was well serviced by all modes of water tpt.

I would like to have had tea making facilities in the room.

free excursion to Murano island by Motor boat offering by the Hotel event.

Towels which may be exchanged to new ones everyday, smell of towels was not fresh, maybe not clean? HoweverI don't want to think so. except that everything was pretty good.

The Location was perfect.

The room was too small. The business centre was so poor and the facilities were too weak.

Very central place

The air-conditioning is operated from the reception desk; it means that
every time we wanted a change we had to call teh reception. I don't
think this is appropriate.

The proximity to the transport and major attractions

No after hours food service or tea/coffe making facilities in room especially when you arrive on delayed flight at midnight

Wonderful and very helpful staff. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom large.

It was a maze in trying to find our room. I even got lost once. The room numbering system is a little confusing.

The location of the hotel was very central & the air conditioning in the room was excellent

The showering facilites were very poor. there was no ironing services on sunday night

Very central base to explore Venice. Waterbus stops right outside the door.

The ristorante part downstairs was way overpriced and did not explain that there is a cover charge to sit down, every piece of bread ate would cost extra and service charge on top of this. Restaurants further away were alot better priced and all inclusive prices shown.
