Decor was very charming and very clean. Was offered coffee and water upon out arrival. Very friendly and lived the location. Will certainly stay there again.
Ms. Anna (staff) is very kind and made us very happy. She helped us to make the reservation for a special restaurant for our dinner.
Not too far away from Train Station Room is clean and located at quiet place Warm breakfast Room rate is reasonable
Staff not good at English
Feels like home.... Small, but very nice.
Location great, lovely facilities, noisy at night with porters walking back and forth but no general street noise and air conditioning made up for it.
-location (1 min walk from Vaporetto - 24 hours service) - clean room - lovely room - we will visit again for sure
- noisy in the morning from Outside but nothing special
Except the beatifull furniture nothing else....
Breakfast was really bad, attendants there a young 18 years boy cannot speak a word of English, difficult to find Hotel....our worst stay in Italy....took the charm out of Venice..
The decor is very charming and attention to detail is undertaken. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked well! Location was excellent for us as we don't like to stay central but area is accessible to the sights by walking or boat stops which are 5-10 mins away. We liked the neighbourhoods behind the apartment in the evenings for walks and drinks to bar. Felt atmospheric and where the locals go! We very much enjoyed our trip due to the location and decor of the accommodation
Cleanliness was not to a high standard. Hairs found throughout bathroom and in bed! Stains on bed throw was a little off putting. This did effect by experience and when we wanted to say something no staff were on the premises. They only seem to stay for breakfast serving and check ins! No drinks or cups provided in room which (even just glasses to drink water) would be a nice touch as well as emptying our full bin which wasn't for the 4 days we were there. These are only small issues but did let the accommodation down and wouldn't be hard to do, there was a different staff member on each shift so maybe there is no consistency in job duties.
Very friendly staff, clean, small hotel
Charming little B + B in an excellent area with many good bars and restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely room with a very comfy bed and plenty of hot water. Good typical Italian breakfast.
On arrival the man that showed us to our room wanted a tip for taking our bags even though we hadn't asked him to. Rooms above the entrance are noisy first thing in the morning due to the nearby market being set up. Toilet roll not replaced so we had to find our own as no staff available in the evenings to ask.
Very close to the train station. Didn't have to schlep luggage all over Venice. Quaint and comfortable location.
Very noisy if you sleep with the windows open.
Interior design is brilliant.
near to station, lots of shops around, sights nearby, comfy bed, nice staff
security maybe a concern as there is no staff on duty st the night
Good location, lovely room, the lady at the reception in the morning was really nice and helpful and made us feel at home.
My only complaint, one of the guys at reception who were on duty when we arrived was really weird and literally didn't want to leave our room until we gave him a tip which was a bit outrageous since he didn't even carry our bags..
Good placing, breakfast, very friendly staff, rooms are perfect, very romantic ones. We were surprised since they were even better than on photos here on booking.com. A very small and nice hotel, which I will visit next time I'm in Venice. Taking into account a fair price, I believe it's a reasonable place to stay at. Highly recommended for young couples.
There were some problems with making up the rooms. Some items were forgotten to be replaced and renewed.
We loved this place! They were very sweet and went the extra mile for us. The location was great, off the beaten path so to speak. Bed was comfortable. Shower was consistently hot. Everything was exactly as pictured. Breakfast was sweet and perfect. Blood orange juice was great :) Room was spacious. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back soon!
Super clean. Close to train station.
Window by the alley is a bit noisy in the morning.
Close to train station in a quiet street (7min walking). Everything is new and renovated. Rooms are nice and clean. Much better than 1 and 2 star hotels with the same price.
You need passcode to enter the house in the evening. To get it upon arrival you have to call number handwritten on the small paper sticked on the door. In our case phone nr was incorrectly written so we had to ask booking's Customer center for assistance.
Everything is good. Room is lovely. And the breakfast was nice, simple but totally enogh. Staffs r quite friendly ~ in a good place.
About the code of the main door should be much more easy to see or special to remind the customers do not forget it. Because I've forgot it... Shame on me. And then thanks for my native Venice friends there helped me to call them. Otherwise I hve to sleep over the street haha..
Easy to find. Not far from the train station. Everything in the room is new and clean. The staffs are nice. Cheap.
The room was little bit cold.
very nice and helpful staff, tasty typical Italian breakfast, good position in the city near bus and train station, clean pleasurable room with furniture in Venetian style
Small cute new hotel with friendly staff for 6-8 people max, located not far from the St Marco place - 30 minutes walking. Very clean, new furniture, almost Provence style)
Reception didn`t work in the evening, so ask for the door code
