The friendliness, the cleanliness, the balcony, the bed, the bathroom. It was all very nice.
The limited time for breakfast. 8 till 9:30 we had to get up early.
This small B&B is located outside the tourist centre but is very near to the Re Di Roma metro station which was convenient. Moving along the metroline was really fast, and the neighborhood wasn't as crowded and noisy as the centre. Also there was several great (and cheap) restaurants near the B&B, and we ate really good food during the trip thanks to the recommendations by our lovely hosts. Our room was very clean and we got the balcony that we had wished for when making our reservation. Air conditioning worked well, which was nice when the outside temperature was near 30 C°. The breakfast was pretty basic, but had great coffee, cold juice and fresh fruits which was enough for us in the summer heat. After all this we have to say that the best thing in this wonderful B&B are the lovely hosts Sasha and Francesco! They helped us so much with all our questions and were altogether extremely helpful and friendly in every way. We had a great holiday in Rome and they had a big part in it. We would really want to return to Rim B&B if (or when) we go back to Rome!
Room was very spacious. Air con was fantastic. Use the Metro as it's good. Breakfast was lovely. Bathroom was massive. Hosts were lovely.
2 down points, wifi was very poor in my room. Also, the walls and floors are paper thin so you can hear people in other rooms.
Francesco and Sasha are very kind, nice and helpful. They also provide great recommendation of food and places to see. The room and facility are maintained very well and clean. The B&B is located in a very quite neighborhood and close to the metro station. This is the best choice for you to stay in Roma.
Our entire experience was amazing. They were incredibly helpful. Their location was great because it was away from most of the tourist but closer to the metro. would go back here any time.
I loved it all. This is my 2nd time staying and it's as good as ever. Top quality and lovely people. Great cappuccinos!
Had a marvellous weekend in Rome helped by staying in comfortable surroundings. Francesco and Alexandra were very, very helpful during our stay. They were great with tips on transport around Rome. Room was clean at all times and the bedroom spotless. Facilities were far more modern and better than hotels. The neighbourhood whilst looking untidy (grattifi - like rest of Rome) was pleasant when visiting restaurants and supermarkets for food.
Only complaint is the Breakfast which was restricted to pre packaged crossaints and bakery goods. Cereal, fruit and yogurts were available too but by having fresh bread and some cold meats would be better.
The hosts were so wonderful in making me feel welcome, trying to help me as much as possible with my arrangements and most of all, went out of their way to help me with a padlock issue on my suitcase. I was in a bind and they really found the solution! Tiny apartment but really clean and neat - all I needed. What I loved is that they provided such a beautiful gourmet breakfast in a separate room. On this matter, why is it that so many b&b listings (think Airbnb and ebab) don't have breakfast? Well done to the proprietors of RIM. Lovely!
The B&B is very clean, modern, recently renovated. Location is very convenient - two minutes walk from a metro station or 30 min walk to Collosseum. Good neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and ready to help.
Nice decorated and very clean rooms. Owners were very friendly and helpfull. 5 min walk from Metro. Nespresso coffee at breakfast
Basic breakfast but OK for a few days
Clean room, in the center of Rome, easy to find, good price. Francesco and Alessandra are helpfull!
Sasha was very helpfull and provided us with a map and recomendations. Very clean room.
The breakfast is mostly packaged food. I suggest alternatives to cow's milk.
Landlord is so nice
The staff was very helpful and kind the breakfast was delicious and they clean the room every day
Very competent Staff, friendly and with helpful information.
The staff were so helpful giving us all the information we needed for our trip. The room was spotless and the shower facilities were superb. The coffee for breakfast was great. Although slightly 'off the tourist map' it was in a perfect location-right beside the metro, walking distance to the Colosseum and centre, the restaurants in the surrounding area were great far better than what is found in touristy areas and all the recommendations made by the staff were spot on. Amazing value for money. We visit Rome regularly to visit friends and this is our favorite place to stay we will definitely be back soon.
The breakfast is mostly pre-packaged which wasn't great however coffee bars near by do amazing espresso and croissants for two people for under 3 euros.
Very kind personnel, very comfortable and clean room (towels changed every day), rich breakfast for Italy and good position of the hotel. Distinguishing mark! We recommend Rim B&B Rome from the heart.
Owners were great, helped with a pick-pocket issue at Termini and made stay wonderful. Restaurant recommendations were right on and B&B is very close to metro and within walking distance of Coloseum (20 min). Overall great value !!
Owners were great!. Room was great. Easy access to metro. Suggested eating places were all good and inexpensive. Would recommend to all
Nothing. Would add street address to eating recommendations as harder to find without one
U feel like home. U get yr own key and vey italian neighboorhood. Also We had the best pizza ever very close to appartment. Stuff was very friendly and helpfull
Double size bad was only two united single bad and it was uncomfortable
We have stayed in this B&B for 3 nights. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, furniture seemed to be brand new. The location is perfect, not in the center, but close to metro station. We highly recommend this place, great value for money!
The breakfast contained packaged long-life bakery. Fresh bread or croissant would be much better. Otherwise perfect.
Very clean and modern. Rooms are quite spacious for European standards. Very reasonably priced for the city of Rome.
Staff only on site from 8am-noon, so you have to ask all questions or concerns at that time- not too big of a deal though.
Everything was fine - friendly stuff, good breakfast, location near in walking distance to metro and Collosseo, quite street
