Alexandra is helpful and nice. The room is clean and cozy, eveything is perfect. good value for money. We spent three nights on our Chinese New Year Holiday.
very friendly owners / staff, went out of their way to accommodate my wife's gluten free diet - provided g/f cereals etc at breakfast, the room was very good nice size and spotlessly clean, close to all major attractions via metro .
Sometimes the lift wasn't available due to the door being left open on other floors but nothing the owner could do about that
Nice and clean Location
the bed was too soft and the mattress should be changed because they were used by many people already
Rim B&B is more like an apartment than a hotel, really. It is a converted flat with 4 bedrooms in an old but well-kept apartment building, so you feel very private. Alexandra is a super friendly and helpful host. Rooms are clean and modern. Very conveniently located, close to the metro. Excellent trattorias nearby at half the price of a downtown restaurant. Very recommended and ideal for a short stay in Rome!
Occasional noise in the mornings from the construction site nearby. The beds could use some new matresses and Wifi will sometimes sporadically drop you. Nothing else!
Sasha was a great host. She gave us a map of Rome when we arrived and had tips of all THE best places to see and eat. The bed and breakfast was clean and very comfortable. THE location is fantastic and is literally 4 minutes from THE metro. We will for sure be back again.
The staff were lovely and very keen to help us with finding places to see and eat. We had a very late check in which the staff were more than accommodating for (gone 11pm!). The room was clean and comfortable (they have probably the softest towels I've ever used!). The metro is within 5 minutes walk and connects you to all the main sites of Rome.
Nothing at all!
Sasha was very helpfull. Thank you very much
The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast
Everything! This small hotel welcomes you as a part of the family and provides an absolutely home-like atmosphere! Alexandra, the owner, gave great advice on what to see in Rome, how to get from one place to another, where to eat etc. Next time in Rome will definitely stay in Rim!
Really nice place, very close to the metro station, very clean room and not bad breakfast .
I stayed there for 4 nights and I have to say it's a great place and totaly worth the money. I was surprised with the full amenity and the standard service it provided. Definitely recommend to friends who will travel to Rome in furture.
Very Nice and clean. Good free wifi connection. Francesco and Sasha are quite quite nice and their specially made map is super good! Bathroom is toooooo good!
A little smell in room maybe due to new decoration?
The friendliness, the cleanliness, the balcony, the bed, the bathroom. It was all very nice.
The limited time for breakfast. 8 till 9:30 we had to get up early.
This small B&B is located outside the tourist centre but is very near to the Re Di Roma metro station which was convenient. Moving along the metroline was really fast, and the neighborhood wasn't as crowded and noisy as the centre. Also there was several great (and cheap) restaurants near the B&B, and we ate really good food during the trip thanks to the recommendations by our lovely hosts. Our room was very clean and we got the balcony that we had wished for when making our reservation. Air conditioning worked well, which was nice when the outside temperature was near 30 C°. The breakfast was pretty basic, but had great coffee, cold juice and fresh fruits which was enough for us in the summer heat. After all this we have to say that the best thing in this wonderful B&B are the lovely hosts Sasha and Francesco! They helped us so much with all our questions and were altogether extremely helpful and friendly in every way. We had a great holiday in Rome and they had a big part in it. We would really want to return to Rim B&B if (or when) we go back to Rome!
Room was very spacious. Air con was fantastic. Use the Metro as it's good. Breakfast was lovely. Bathroom was massive. Hosts were lovely.
2 down points, wifi was very poor in my room. Also, the walls and floors are paper thin so you can hear people in other rooms.
Francesco and Sasha are very kind, nice and helpful. They also provide great recommendation of food and places to see. The room and facility are maintained very well and clean. The B&B is located in a very quite neighborhood and close to the metro station. This is the best choice for you to stay in Roma.
Our entire experience was amazing. They were incredibly helpful. Their location was great because it was away from most of the tourist but closer to the metro. would go back here any time.
I loved it all. This is my 2nd time staying and it's as good as ever. Top quality and lovely people. Great cappuccinos!
Had a marvellous weekend in Rome helped by staying in comfortable surroundings. Francesco and Alexandra were very, very helpful during our stay. They were great with tips on transport around Rome. Room was clean at all times and the bedroom spotless. Facilities were far more modern and better than hotels. The neighbourhood whilst looking untidy (grattifi - like rest of Rome) was pleasant when visiting restaurants and supermarkets for food.
Only complaint is the Breakfast which was restricted to pre packaged crossaints and bakery goods. Cereal, fruit and yogurts were available too but by having fresh bread and some cold meats would be better.
The hosts were so wonderful in making me feel welcome, trying to help me as much as possible with my arrangements and most of all, went out of their way to help me with a padlock issue on my suitcase. I was in a bind and they really found the solution! Tiny apartment but really clean and neat - all I needed. What I loved is that they provided such a beautiful gourmet breakfast in a separate room. On this matter, why is it that so many b&b listings (think Airbnb and ebab) don't have breakfast? Well done to the proprietors of RIM. Lovely!
The B&B is very clean, modern, recently renovated. Location is very convenient - two minutes walk from a metro station or 30 min walk to Collosseum. Good neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and ready to help.
Nice decorated and very clean rooms. Owners were very friendly and helpfull. 5 min walk from Metro. Nespresso coffee at breakfast
Basic breakfast but OK for a few days
Clean room, in the center of Rome, easy to find, good price. Francesco and Alessandra are helpfull!
Sasha was very helpfull and provided us with a map and recomendations. Very clean room.
The breakfast is mostly packaged food. I suggest alternatives to cow's milk.
Landlord is so nice
