Hotel Rina    

This hotel was of a good quality for the price. Well located (only 5min walking from the beach), with a supermarket just close by. People were friendly, the pool was a plus. I definitely recommend it.

The only negative points are: - comfort of the 3rd bed was poor (kind of sofa, not comfortable while it was a room for 3). We were expecting 3 real beds. - Cold water for the 3rd person who had to have a shower.

clean. close to city center. close to shop (50m). staff ok.

no worth 4star. bed no comfortable. food from 5 days for diner 5 days fish the same. morning breakfast choise from : jam, 2x chees. jam. and fruit caned !!! small swimming pool. all drinks payable very expensive.

Staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was minutes from a bus stop where you could catch a bus to the Airport or Cappo Caccia. Very clean.

You had to pay for WiFi- which could only be used in the public areas.

Spacious and clean rooms. Nice pool area.

It is close to the beach. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes/pots/pans and the grocery store across the street was convenient

If it wasn't for the fact that we spent $134 on this hotel/apartment I would have demanded my money back. The apartments are in need of a serious update! The furniture is so old fashion, the apartment is ok in size, but the beds/ pullout beds are uncomfortable and old. Oh my gosh the noise...you can hear everything-the baby crying next door and above us, the party-goers outside, the motorcycles and cars. I think i can hear a pin/pen drop in the apartment next to us if either was dropped. It's a wonder I got any sleep. The view consists of the street. Like most hotels in Europe there is no bath tub for the children, which wasn't a problem except for the fact the hot water went out the night before because the water heater wasn't on maybe? I don't know but I wasn't happy because check out is at 10am and I had to wake early to get all of use showered grrr... No fault of the hotel bit we couldn't swim in the pool or beach because it was chilly and they don't have an indoor or heated pool. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel we tried Lido's which was very good! Breakfast was ok but they tried to charge my husband full price for a child, 6 euros, for my 14 month old daughter. Seriously?!? Don't use their cab "shuttle" either 40 euros for a trip that cost 20 euro from any other cab company (very mad about this rip off since we paid 20 euros from the airport to the hotel). It is a little distance from the old town, I guess like a 20 minute walk with a 14 month old and a 3 year old. The killer is the Internet. For 4 stars you would expect it to be free...it is NOT. You can only get it in the lobby and then it is some ridiculous price like 2 euros for 5 minutes, 5 euros for 10 minutes and then 10 euros for 10 hours, but again you can only use it in the lobby...are you serious?!?

Clean, nice pool, nice jacuzzi, really friendly staff.

There is only internet in the reception even though the swedish version of booking.com claims that internet is available. you also have to pay for this internet. really bad.

Near the beach/ harbour, comfortable beds, clean, very helpful staff, nice food & good variety of choice, near train/bus station

No bath, across from a noisy supermarket, no tea/coffee making facilities, hot tub not working, restaurant & bar lacked atmosphere, little information on local amenities/ markets etc provided

Wifi is not FREE Receptionist instruct us in wrong elevator, we must find our room ourselves. the room was in other side of hotel (other elevator). We ask double room, we had a twin. We ask on the top floor, not possible. Not recommed.

Studio rooms were large and comfortable. Close to good grocery store and to good restaurants.

Breakfast buffet is average. The nearest beach was quite dirty, perhaps because of pre-season.

First of all the boiler of the bathhroom, there was enough water to take a shower confortably,my buillding was separeted of the buillding with jacuzzi,pool & restaurant into hotel,I didn't know about clean tax when I booked,but I had to pay for it as deposit when I arrived which was given back when I checked out

Apartment was convenient for many things - beach, supermarket, bars etc. It was faultless - everything very clean and working. Staff were also very accommodating.

The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Hotel/ apartment is ideally located across 2 supermarkets, nice comfort, nearby the beach and it has a kitchenette.

Nice hotel about 20 minutes walking from the old city. Very friendly staf. If you looking for dinner, the best is going outside the hotel. Food in the hotel, it's not so great.

Very noisy location, certainly wouldn't consider returning in the peak season.

I was apleasant hotel in general cean tidy so convient fro beach. I enjoyed the breakfast. I found the pool area relaxing, although i dont use swimming pools the other guest seemed to enjoyed it looked well maintained. as for the irratating dogs barking alot from near by appartments there is nothing can be done about that. I eat in the reastaurant a couple of times was ok, but there is more athmosphere in reastaurnats in Alghero were its lovely to visit on the evening.Like lots of hotels there lift was being repaired but was only out of use for 4 hours. The staff did a good job,i hope their company appreciates the good effort.

My tip to make the visit more please burn citronella candles on terrace in evening and nite for helping to disperse insects. They dont cost much!!!

Location and the housekeepers are very professional.

Breakfast window only from 7.30 to 9.30 which I thought its a bit too short especially for a four star hotel. Further, the food is very basic, staff didn't bother replenish food even though its close to finishing time.
