The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast in the morning was great. The hotel is centrally located. We were able to walk to all of the points of interest.

Location if you have a very limited stay

The hotel did not live up to its commitment of providing air conditioned room. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The room was not ready for us to check in till after 3.00 pm.

Not cheap (then again not much in Rome is) but what you are paying for here is a really great location, a well run small hotel. Great breakfast, helpful staff with good english. No problems with noise.

Rooms a little cramped for 2 adults with 2 kids.

The room was very big compared to other hotels I stayed in in Rome. The Shower was also a lot larger.

Location is excellent for walking around to see the sights

Lift doesn't go to top floor. Breakfast room small but well serviced.

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable modern rooms. Staff were all so pleasant and helpful. Nice coffee and good choice of breakfast.

Reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of most attractions. Room larger than expected for the two of us with a double and single bed.

Unfortunately the room next door's bathroom was right next to the wall where the single bed was placed and all noises could be heard.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is wonderful and our room was nice. The staff added two twin beds to our room to accomodate our two young children so what started as a spacious room became somewhat cramped, but it held us all nicely and we were all comfortable. The selection at breakfast was good and the made-to-order cappucinos were delicious.

Even after turning off the heat in our overheated room we were too warm.

The hotel was very centrally located in rome, yet was on a quiet street. It was a small but fine hotel. We stayed in a double room our room size was reasonable for the standards of rome. I would stay there again

Weak breakfast, poor bathrooms, hard bed

The reception staff were efficient and the breakfast was very good. Room comfortable but small and no view. Central location very good. No hair dryer.

Expensive for what was provided but of course had central location.

Staff rude and unwilling. Really small rooms. They don't replace shampoos and soap given on the first day. Fan in the bathroom (with no windows) didnt work. Very very weak air conditioner. The breakfast room is very very small - its fits about 6 people. I stayed 45 days in Italy in 5 differents hotels this one was the more expensive and less comfortable.

Great location with most things in reasonable walking distance

Check in time noted as 1pm but room not ready until 3pm. Room had a double bed and 2 singles but it was obvious the 2singles not normally there despite the room being sold as a family...ie the double moved over so it covered light switches, side table turned sideways so can't use drawers and the 4th bed almost blocks bathroom door. Having said this room not such a bad size for Rome standards.

Great location right near Campo del Flori. New looking lobby and rooms, and the room was very clean. Price was ok for the location and relative niceness of the hotel.

Room was small. One staff member was extremely difficult to deal with, actually was quite rude on several occasions. All the others I encountered were very nice.

Ana in the reception was friendly and always had the right advice when asked.

Clean, convenient, relatively inexpensive for a big city hotel room.

A VERY small room. Glad we were only there for 3 nights. Front desk staff was erratic. Some of them were quite friendly, some borderline rude.

Vera close to the históric centre. Good design and always clean.
