Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile ed è vicino al centro di Sanremo. L'ascensore è un montacarichi senza porte e le stanze sono davvero troppo piccole..per non parlare del bagno.. Albergo di 3 stelle dichiarato ma che poteva andare bene come categoria 20 anni fa.. Molto veccho dentro.

La struttura dell'hotel è fatiscente, un esempio al posto dell'ascensore c'è un montacarichi malfunzionante e la scala è accessabile solo esternamente. Avevamo una stanza matrimoniale con terrazzo, cui non abbiamo potuto accedere, perchè chiuso dalle inferiate e giustamente non ci è stata data la chiave, ad ogni modo poco male dato il degrado e la presenza per terra di mozziconi di sigarette. Si parla di parcheggio ma non fatevi ingannare...non esiste, l'unico modo per parcheggiare è lasciare la macchina lungo la strada e sperare bene. Consiglio: soggiornateci solo se non avete alternative.

Posizione ottima , camera piccola ma pulita ed accogliente . l' ideale per brevi soggiorni a San Remo . Il condizionatore della ns camera era estremamente rumoroso .

Non troppo lontano dal centro (a piedi circa 10 minuti) e vicino alla passeggiata lungomare. La colazione piuttosto semplice ma accettabile. L'ascensore un pò vecchio, con i muri a vista. Il parquet della camera macchiato. Condizionatore un pò rumoroso.

This is the typical hotel built in the 60s that's never been renovated. Personnel was quite unfriendly too. Worst value for money ever, 85 euros for a double room in this place is like stealing money. At 20km you can get a much nicer budget hotel in France and spend almost half the money.

“We loved this hotel...a former convent (and what a lovely convent it must have been) renovated beautifully. Very high ceilings, enormous tall windows, lots of white marble, and quiet gated grounds just across a little lane from the sea.
