Building is attractive, restored with finest materials & style. Owner, a mature woman, is most gracious. Breakfast is in the hotel's own restaurant, which was beautiful--but which we were not told about until after our dinner fiasco elsewhere (more below). Breakfast very nice, served with lovely linens, flatware. Good bed linens. Large bath, but small shower. Arrival by car impossible-and I'm experienced at this. Told to call when near since no car access but no answer at all repeatedly. Took an hour for nice family to finally drive us nearby. Staff not apologetic enough. Offered glass of wine (old, from open bottle), then charged us for it next day. Gave restaurant recommendation overruling our choice--it was horrible. Not for disabled. |

great location, comfortable Would have been nice if hotel offered more info about what they could do/ arrange rather than a statement about an available concierge. Was a 4 star hotel and expensive for the area and I would have expected a higher level of service. It was fine, but nothing special. |

Ristrutturato molto bene. Soggiornavo in una camera matrimoniale al terzo piano mansardata con splendida vista. Assolutamente da consigliare. Forse la colazione poteva essere più ricca, specialmente per il salato. |

Nessuna criticità, solo un suggerimento per la colazione: assicurarsi che quanto presente al buffet sia sempre fresco (es. i cereali) |

4つ星にふさわしい 丁寧な対応、清潔でステキなお部屋、同ホテル内のレストランでの美味しい朝食など 完璧な内容のホテルでした。Ostuniに行かれる方はぜひこちらのホテルに滞在なさることをお勧めいたします。旧市街には車を乗り付けられないため迎えが必要なのが若干不便ですが、ホテルのパーキングまでの誘導、Pickupがあるので問題がありません。 |
