With good command of English they did communicate easily and paid attention to the detail. Hotel is placed in a perfect position for the discovery trips of the rich wine region. We will be back ! My wife and I stayed at Hotel Rioverde only for one night on our way from Ancona to Cannes during our honeymoon roadtrip. We were very pleasantly surprised by it. The room was beautiful and clean with a nice desing. It offers free outside and indoors parking for your car at no extra cost, free WiFi and a modest breakfast buffet. It is located a few KMs outside of Turin but since we were by car I have no idea how convenient it can be for someone using public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel Rioverde offers great value for money. Highly recommended.

We were only passing through and were surprised with this lovely hotel in such a small town. The staff couldn't do enough for us they were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was amazing i would certainly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Very helpful staff! We arrived on assumption day (which is a national holiday in Italy), and the owner arranged our reception though he was on his day off! Very nice and spacious room, with a balcony. Breakfast was the best we had in Italy (with multiple kinds of cheese and a cup of beautifully presented cappuccino). Totally recommend!

Excellent Hotel !!! The staff receives top grade. Very helpful with personal attitude. Convenient location on the main road in the quiet village. New building, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean, free WiFi and two options for parking, elevator. The breakfast was amazing - big variety, espresso and delicious fresh strawberries. There is a bar/restaurant at the ground floor where you can eat. Torino is 40 minutes by car. Thanks again to the owner with the long hair (I forgot to ask the name) for the assistance and the pleasant stay!

Buon giorno, mi sono piaciuti i ragazzi che lo gestiscono con dinamicità e cortesia la pulizia dei locali un'ottima colazione.

Hotel a gestione familiare, i titolari sono gentilissimi e molto amichevoli. Ci hanno dato consigli esaustivi e materiale per visitare i siti di maggior interesse. Le camere sono grandi e dotate di ogni confort, il bagno grande e pulito. La colazione è varia e gustosa a disposizione deliziose torte e marmellate fatte in casa.Ho valutato solo con buono la posizione ma sottolineo che per chi si reca a Pralormo per messer tulipano è la struttura più vicina e si può raggiungere il castello a piedi, otima partenza per le Langhe,per chi invece vuole visitare Torino è un po' lontano, ma neanche tanto. Infine il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente vincente. Aggiungo che in camera si trova a disposizione una bottiglietta di acqua che viene ripristinata ogni mattina, e che alla nostra partenza ci è stata anche regalata una bottiglia di vino! 10!!!!

La struttura nuova, ben curata, pulita e funzionale. Posizione sulla strada principale ma decisamente arretrata; leggermente fuori dal centro abitato in una zona comunque tranquilla. Il personale professionale sempre attento e disponibile. La cucina buona e "genuina".

L'isolamento acustico tra le stanze non sufficiente; si sentiva parlare nella stanza accanto.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale e la struttura curata e funzionale. La posizione consente di raggiungere facilmente diverse località di interesse gastronomico e culturale.

Ospitalità della famiglia che gestisce

Nous avons séjourné en famille : grands parents , enfants et petit enfant. Les chambres sont trés confortables et calmes. Nous avons apprécié le garage couvert , fermé. Le petit déjeuner est trés correct , varié et copieux. Nous avons pu prendre le soir en semaine un repas sur place : cuisine familiale traditionnelle excellente ! Depuis quelques années nous allons 2-3 fois par an en Italie ce qui nous a permis à ce jour de 'tester' une bonne douzaine d'hôtels. La qualité de l'acceuil içi est loin devant les autres ... un grand merci à Fabio et son frère toujours trés attentionnés. Nous retournerons à l'hotel Rio Verde même si la voiture est indispensable pour aller visiter Turin.

Otelin yeri Alba ve Torino'ya yaklaşık 25 km uzaklıkta, yol üstü. Oda genişliği ve temizliği çok iyi. Otopark sorunu yok.

Otelin altındaki bar geç saatlere kadar gençlerle dolu ve çok gürültü oluyor. Otel görevlileri hem bar hem oteli idare etmekte yetersiz kalıyorlar. Kahvaltı çok zayıf.

Decisamente la buona e familiare accoglienza. Quindi senz'altro l'ottima sistemazione in camera, con disponibilità di garage sotterraneo. Il silenzio della notte che dà un senso di pace. Nei miei frequenti viaggi quello che cerco come sistemazione è un alberghetto così. Né più né meno.

Die Lage direkt an der Hauptstrasse, ausserhalb der Ortschaft etwas überraschend, aber dann sehr angenehmer Empfang, moderne Zimmer, nachts sehr ruhig. Zum Abendessen muss man nochmal etwas wegfahren, da nur eine Bar im Haus, bekommt aber gute Empfehlungen von den Besitzern.

La competenza e disponibilità del gestore la pulizia delle camere e il parcheggio funzionale. Struttura nuova e camere silenziose

l'hotel e' nuovo e curato nel dettaglio. le stanze confortevoli, moderne e pulite. la colazione e' ottima e abbondante. le auto hanno ampio parcheggio sia coperto che scoperto e restano al sicuro all'interno del perimetro dell'hotel. il costo della doppia e' stato di 58€ soldi veramente ben spesi. intorno solo campi ed il paesino quindi di notte nessun rumore.

l'hotel non e' comodissimo come posizione per quanto si trovi sulla strada principale del paese, ma lo staff e la struttura sono decisamente buone. il prezzo contenuto giustifica i km da fare per Alba \ Torino o zone limitrofe.
