La disponibilità, l'accoglienza, le informazioni e la gentilezza di tutto il personale. Ottima la camera con soppalco dove hanno dormito I miei figli. Ottima la posizione per la visita della città. Super fornito il buffet della colazione Ci siamo divertiti a girare la città con le biciclette che l'albergo ci ha fornito gratuitamente. Devo dare un voto? Siccome non è possibile dare un bel 11 darò un 10 e lode. Sicuramente farò pubblicità a questo Hotel.

Wunderschöne, große Terasse mit Blick über die Küste und den kleinen Fischerhafen, nettes, freundliches Personal und ein schönes, geschmackvol eingerichtetes Zimmer Wir hatten nur das Deluxe Zimmer oberhalb der anderen, man hörte die Strasse releativ laut. Preis war mit € 200,-- die Nacht eher hoch, aber wir kommen sicher wieder, es sit eines der schönsten Hotels in Sorrent. Das nächste Mal die Zimmer weiter unten, die sind ruhiger. Lager ist praktisch, man ist in zehn Minuten zu Fuß in Sorrent.

O hotel é muito bonito e decorado, as acomodações são excelentes. O café da manhã é bem variado e todos são simpáticos e eficientes. Eles emprestam bicicletas para os hóspedes gratuitamente. Recomendo o hotel a todos que queiram passear por Ferrara.

Il personale e' cordiale e sempre a disposizione . L`albergo e molto carino e la colazione veramente buono. La signora delle colazioni molto gentile L`unica cosa che non ci e' piaciuta era il controllo nelle camere. Avevamo prenotato un giorno prima e la camera non era controllata per niente in arrivo . Piena di polvere e al bagno quando abbiamo aperta l`acqua usciva un liquido rosso. Abbiamo lasciato scorrere per un mezzo`ora e poi e stato possibile fare la doccia e usare il lavandino. Alla reception il giorno dopo ci hanno detto che dovevamo avvisare e ci davano un altra camera. Ma non deve essere controllata prima ???

La vicinanza del comodo garage ad un prezzo giornaliero conveniente. Strutture da rinnovare. Mi è stata cambiata la stanza perchè non arrivava l'acqua calda. Televisore non funzionante. Errore nella sveglia: ha suonato all 05,30 anzichè alle 07,30.
