Well located, well furnished, classy and easy for a couple or one children.
The second sofa bed in the living room is not good enough for several nights, the electric outlets in the kitchen didn't work.
Amazing location Clean Comfortable Well Decorated Balcony Central to everything Fully equipped kitchen Beautiful and SECURE Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends (Exceeded expectations)
- Wi-Fi was not working (wrong password) - Used neighbors Wi-Fi that is also managed by the same company and it was spotty - Lobby attendant speaks no English so there was difficulty dropping of bags but he tried very hard and made as much effort as you could ask and eventually got ahold of manager to communicate why we were there.
The location was good.
The comfort of bed and sofa bed were not very comfortable.the noise from traffic was very loud.
Very spacious and cosy apartment, clean, amazing balcony, good sound and light protective windows, the best location
sofa-bed not that comfortable, wifi sometimes slow
Spacious apartment with modern amenities, lovely views and only minutes away from shopping, eating places and the wonderful sights of Rome...would definitely return!!! Staff also very helpful, the private transfer Silvia arranged from the airport was really efficient and good value :)
Nothing...it was all good and we didn't want to return home :(
Location, easy access to all the main city sites. Character building, ideal space for family.
Didn't want to leave close enough to many major sites but far enough away from the mobs of tourists. We loved it. Great way to end our month long holiday in Europe
The apartment is beautiful, fully equiped, modern, spacy, excellent location.Gianluigi the young gentelman who is taking care of the property was very very helpful and friendly. I fully recomend the place.
The free internet is a little problematic and falls very often. Apart from it we enjoyed every moment at the apartment.
Clean, quiet, professional check-in. Nice building in a non-touristy area. Close to shopping and 10-min walk to Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Trevi, etc.
Staff and location
stunning views of the city free wi-fi beautiful apartment great location
could be noisy at times
Central location with good access to all major attractions.
Very large modern appartment, close to city center. We would book this again next time we go to Rome.
Excellent location, good size, quality furnishings...nothing to fault it at all. I stay at apartment-hotels all the time and this is one of the very best.
Nice view over the Tiber. Close to a small local market at Via Tomacelli.
The kitchen corner was rather small. Twice a board with all its content tumbled down in the cupboard. Luckily only a jar was broken, but it could have been worse.
+perfect location +very helpful staff +stunning view
-next to busy road
Great location, walking distance to major attractions and shops. Nice apartment with beautiful view. Friendly management.
We loved the view and luxurious atmosphere of the apt. Staff was kind and he even sent us event info via email. We love the location.
Sofa bed was little uncomfortable. Other than this everything was perfect.
Great apartment, by all means
No near by Parking lots
The apartment is perfectly placed for visits to the Vatican (which is a short walk) and city centre shopping. The major Ancient Roman sites are somewhat further away. I walked everywhere except when going to Ostia and the EUR when I used the Spagna Metro station which is nearest - a 5-10 min walk. The flat itself is comfortable enough for a few days but hardly luxurious. The staff who met me were very helpful and pleasant but note that the porter who is there each day does not speak English so ask everything up front. The views from the flat are mostly obstructed by trees but immediately in front is the new Ara Pacis museum. I got the bus from the airport which drops you off about 10 mins walk away (towards the Vatican) but did not dare rely on it for the return as seats are not guaranteed. There is a taxi rank about 5 mins away towards the shopping centre. (Expensive (EUR50) but fast (150kph!)). I would happily stay at the flat again if the price was right.
The important thing you need to realise is that the flat is beside a very busy road. Admittedly you are 4 floors up but I can't imagine having the windows open for any length of time. (I visited in November so had no need to use the air conditioning so cannot comment on whether it is sufficient). The noise does reduce to a reasonable level late at night but here you hit another snag as the bedroom has a single connecting door to the next door flat so you can hear everything that goes on in there. (This didn't bother me as I always travel with ear-plugs).
