Didn't want to leave close enough to many major sites but far enough away from the mobs of tourists. We loved it. Great way to end our month long holiday in Europe

The apartment is beautiful, fully equiped, modern, spacy, excellent location.Gianluigi the young gentelman who is taking care of the property was very very helpful and friendly. I fully recomend the place.

The free internet is a little problematic and falls very often. Apart from it we enjoyed every moment at the apartment.

Clean, quiet, professional check-in. Nice building in a non-touristy area. Close to shopping and 10-min walk to Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Trevi, etc.

Excellent location, good size, quality furnishings...nothing to fault it at all. I stay at apartment-hotels all the time and this is one of the very best.

Nice view over the Tiber. Close to a small local market at Via Tomacelli.

The kitchen corner was rather small. Twice a board with all its content tumbled down in the cupboard. Luckily only a jar was broken, but it could have been worse.

We loved the view and luxurious atmosphere of the apt. Staff was kind and he even sent us event info via email. We love the location.

Sofa bed was little uncomfortable. Other than this everything was perfect.

The apartment is perfectly placed for visits to the Vatican (which is a short walk) and city centre shopping. The major Ancient Roman sites are somewhat further away. I walked everywhere except when going to Ostia and the EUR when I used the Spagna Metro station which is nearest - a 5-10 min walk. The flat itself is comfortable enough for a few days but hardly luxurious. The staff who met me were very helpful and pleasant but note that the porter who is there each day does not speak English so ask everything up front. The views from the flat are mostly obstructed by trees but immediately in front is the new Ara Pacis museum. I got the bus from the airport which drops you off about 10 mins walk away (towards the Vatican) but did not dare rely on it for the return as seats are not guaranteed. There is a taxi rank about 5 mins away towards the shopping centre. (Expensive (EUR50) but fast (150kph!)). I would happily stay at the flat again if the price was right.

The important thing you need to realise is that the flat is beside a very busy road. Admittedly you are 4 floors up but I can't imagine having the windows open for any length of time. (I visited in November so had no need to use the air conditioning so cannot comment on whether it is sufficient). The noise does reduce to a reasonable level late at night but here you hit another snag as the bedroom has a single connecting door to the next door flat so you can hear everything that goes on in there. (This didn't bother me as I always travel with ear-plugs).
