Perfekte Lage um zu Fuß viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Für weitere Ziele ist die Metro Station nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr nettes Personal mit vielen nützliches Tipps. Die Einrichtung ist modern, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, prima Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

The staff was super nice and friendly. Paolo's touch in to his clients is professional but still unique. Rooms and bathroom are clean and modern, location is superb and the Metro plus one of the main shopping streets are just around the corner as well as Piazza del Popolo. Also small nice food store and good pizzerias are all near. We've been to Rome several times and this accomodation was the best so far. We will be back next year :)

Paolo was very helpful and accommodating when I was still planing my trip. We checked in a little late and Coordinated with Paolo to have someone there at the time of our arrival. We have no problem with it, Leonardo was there to help us. he was nice too and gave us suggestions on where to eat and etc. Ripetta has a book with all recomendations, the restaurant they recommended were great and close by. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious. The shower was the most normal and similar to our home because in other places we stayed at in Italy we had challenges. My husband was very happy with the shower. It heat up quickly and the pressure was strong and normal. We like to have the little kitchen although we didn't use it cook, we make tea every night. And the goodies in the refrigerator were a nice touch. The Internet signal was very strong and fast. The price very reasonable too. The place is in a great location, we walked almost everywhere. The location is a plus. The last day we had a tour to Pompei and the busses for our tour left from the park next to piazza De Popolo. Ripetta 25 is a Nice place to come back. We will definitely come back in the future.

The Ripetta 25 apartment we stayed in was fantastic, it had both design and functionality, and was cleaned and organized. It is the best way to visit Rome without worrying about restaurants. In the small kitchen you have everything you need to prepare a nice meal (better than in many restaurants!) They provide you with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and all the basic kitchen equipment. All you need to do is to walk 5 minutes to the supermarket. The staff was amazing and we really felt at home. Next time we will visit Rome, Ripetta will be our choice!

After being in other parts of Italy on this journey, this was the first place where we needed to pay to get WiFi, which went off in our last night....

Location: Good Hygiene: Very Good Comfort: - Beds comfortable - Water pressure in shower is enough and water temperature is stable. - Large room Heating: Heating of the room is very rapid. However the electric heater in the bathroom is not sufficient. - Staff: Ultra helpfull, polite.

-They don't use blanket cover but use the old style bed sheet over the blanket method instead, which is not good for hygiene. -The heater of the bathroom was not enough, we had to heat the bathroom via the ac in the room. -We didn't want our room to be cleaned. We put a ''do not disturb'' sign on the door when we walked out. But the cleaning lady insisted on cleaning our room and threw away a few of our things, thinking that it was rubbish. (Not a big deal). Price could get better.

- The bathroom was modern and clean. - Overall the size of the room was good. - Heater worked efficiently and made our stay even more comfortable. - The location is perfect; we were in walking distance to the trendy shopping street of Rome, Via del Corso, and all historical attraction points.

- The kitchen counter was very small. - The cleaning was very inconsistent and sometimes only meant your bed being made. - We used the same towels during the entire stay, 6 days in total.

The location was central, walking distance to points of intrest, bars, restaurants etc. The apartment was very spacious, it had all fascilities for cooking, lovely large and comfortable bed and large bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, greating us upon arrival and briefing us on many important things. Umbrellas were also available and handy when needed. The place was very secured and quite from road noise.

I liked the fact that it was very central - good access to shopping, restaurants and tourist sights. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and very helpful. There were a few very nice touches, for example, the welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits, water and juice. We would definately stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family.

There was nothing I could say that I disliked. The studio apartment we stayed in had a sofa bed and this dismayed me to start with but it turned out to be very comfortable and we slept well.

Having a modern, confortable and clean space, all for yourself, in the very heart of Rome was something really special. The fact that was also affordable was amazing. I could not recommend it more!

Our reception by the Ripetta 25 representative was very friendly and helpful. Also, difficulty with the tv and with one of the access door locks was courteously and quickly solved. Although we reserved as a couple, as an upgrade we were given a family suite which included an adjacent bedroom with bunk beds - this style of roomy suite would be very suitable for a family with two children. The suite could be made very quiet by closing the excellent windows. There was no disturbance whatsoever from street noises nor from noises from other suites. We highly recommend Ripetta 25 as a very convenient and pleasant lodging.

Muy buena situación. La habitación estaba muy limpia, la cocina estaba genial con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

Ho soggiornato per la seconda volta presso il Ripetta 25 qualche weekend fa, e confermo la buona impressione avuta la prima. Questa volta mi è stato assegnato un monolocale al primo piano affacciato su via Ripetta, per questo motivo più rumoroso di quello al terzo piano con affaccio interno dove ero alloggiato la volta. A parte questo, la struttura si conferma davvero valida e soprattutto in posizione impagabile

Mi e piaciuto la gentillezza del propietario all'arrivo, poi il fatto che malgrado fosse un appartamento era tutto come un hotel o anche meglio, c'era la frutta ed il frigo con le bevande offerte da loro,anche il bagnosciuma e shampoo nel bagno, poi il caffe, moka, olio, etc...molto molto pulito, per il bambino avevamo il lettino, seggiolone, etc. Se non ricordo male io avevo prenotato un monolocale ma x qualche altro motivo abbiamo avuto un bilocale. Era molto molto centrico, a piedi a piazza navona, piazza spagna, fontana di trevi, attacato a piazza del popolo e via del corso. Nella vicinanza ci sono dei bei ristoranti.

Es un sitio con buena relación calidad precio. Es´ta muy céntrico y es cómodo ya que puedes cenar y desayunar en el apartamento. Por decir algo negativo, no tiene un cama sino un sofá cama que no es tan cómodo como las camas matrimoniales aunque se duerme bien.
