pretty much a joke the cafe outside across the street your allowed $5 per person for your breakfast. The bathrooms are shared with other rooms the room is small, the shower so small you can't move, the street lights on all night with a thin cheap curtain that lets all the light in. No privacy. I've stayed in nicer places for under $20 a night

Dinner at 8 PM was very good and delicious. Ingredients were fresh and local. The place was peaceful and the animals at the farm were cute. Room was very big and clean. Air conditioning on the room worked very well. Bed offered great and pleasant sleep. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of different cakes.

This is a great apartment to stay near Rome. Filippo is a great host who responded to our requests and in particular suggested a great parking lot in the center of Rome. The accommodation contains everything necessary for a full stay there for several days or more. I really liked the comfortable bed, the possibility to park on the private territory of the property.

This place was almost the highlight of our trip. We loved the cozy house by the lake and the old city of Anguillara was amazing. It may be my subjective opinion but I enjoyed every minute and could have stayed there forever. Perfect for relaxing holiday after intense period of work.
