The hotel was immaculate and very well designed. Very contemporary! The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to help.

I did not care for the white lights in the room. I'm assuming they were energy efficient but it created a stark and cold environment. In my opinion, warmer lighting would enhance the rooms significantly! I know Lecce isn't known for having many english speaking people but there were times when communicating was difficult. I looked at it as part of the adventure but I know some people would have been very frustrated.

The hotel is beautiful, and our room was perfect for our short stay in Lecce.The staff was very helpful, and the ability to speak some english was a plus. The location allowed us to walk into the center, and to walk with all of the local citizens of Lecce. Night life on the weekend was exciting. this hotel has everything one needs for a stay in Lecce.

Excellent location in the very center of Lecce. Excellent breakfast and dinner in the rooftop restaurant.

We liked everything. We travel a lot, and this hotel is one of the best city centre hotels we have stayed in. It lacks a pool, but there is a spa available which we didn't use. Great rooftop restaurant with surprisingly reasonable prices given the quality of the food. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great location too for exploring the old town.

No complaints about the hotel, but the drections are not very good. We ended up driving through a very narrow backstreet covered in graffitti, so our first impression wasn't great.

Excellent service and breakfast.

Bed was comfortable. They were flexible with a late check out.

It was tough to adjust the air conditioner.

The hotel is right in the centre of one of the most beautiful cities in Italy -Lecce

maid service was not the best - the room was very dusty

The unbelievable luxury and style of the suite (at an excellent price), the unbelievable space and luxury of the bathroom, the overall aesthetics. The staff was more than friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent massage. The best hotel I have ever stayed in - and I travel for the past 25 years, often spending much more for much less!

The view was not much.

Courtesy, correctness and efficiency of all staff from A to Z. All were knowledgeable and spared no efforts to help us in their respective fields.

Outside Hotel: Relative difficulty in reaching Hotel by car through Lecce's old narrow streets. In Hotel: We thought that A/C was switched off during the last two days of our stay

The room was clean, up to date,light, and roomy. The bed was large and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and efficient and we would particularly like to praise the German lady (from near Bremen) on reception most days, and the elderly gentleman on reception through the night. Both were very friendly and helpful.

There was only one mirror in the bathroom and none at all in the bedroom. This was an irritating flaw and needs to be addressed urgently.
