Very difficult to find, due to narrow, windy and one way roads. My husband finally just parked the car and walked to the hotel and one of the employees walked back with him and drove us. |

The hotel was immaculate and very well designed. Very contemporary! The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to help. I did not care for the white lights in the room. I'm assuming they were energy efficient but it created a stark and cold environment. In my opinion, warmer lighting would enhance the rooms significantly! I know Lecce isn't known for having many english speaking people but there were times when communicating was difficult. I looked at it as part of the adventure but I know some people would have been very frustrated. |

Friendly helpful staff. Excellent decor with a luxury "feel" about the Hotel.Ideal central position. As we stayed at the end of the holiday period some facilities had been withdrawn eg dining/cocktails on the roof terrace.This was disappointing. Although the breakfast was good, it did lack variety - the same choices were presented daily & on occations the breakfast buffet was poorly maintained. A trouser press in the room would have been beneficial. |

The hotel is beautiful, and our room was perfect for our short stay in Lecce.The staff was very helpful, and the ability to speak some english was a plus. The location allowed us to walk into the center, and to walk with all of the local citizens of Lecce. Night life on the weekend was exciting. this hotel has everything one needs for a stay in Lecce. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Location is fantastic. The fitness centre consists of three machines in a small room. For a resort we expected them to have a swimming pool somewhere. |

The hotel Staff is great, they have been very helpful. The only point that do not reach the excellence is the breakfast. The hotel is in the old town of Lecce and the touristic places are very closed. The night life is very close to the hotel but in the room there is not any no noise. |

We liked everything. We travel a lot, and this hotel is one of the best city centre hotels we have stayed in. It lacks a pool, but there is a spa available which we didn't use. Great rooftop restaurant with surprisingly reasonable prices given the quality of the food. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great location too for exploring the old town. No complaints about the hotel, but the drections are not very good. We ended up driving through a very narrow backstreet covered in graffitti, so our first impression wasn't great. |

A perfect location in the heart of Lecce. The room was very quiet and welcoming, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. Not so immediate to find, arriving by car, but once you know how to drive into the centre of Lecce it's a snap |

Lovely room and hotel facilities, very modern to a high standard of comfort. The high-tech electronic systems in the room (particularly the room thermostat) were difficult to figure out and use. |

The unbelievable luxury and style of the suite (at an excellent price), the unbelievable space and luxury of the bathroom, the overall aesthetics. The staff was more than friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent massage. The best hotel I have ever stayed in - and I travel for the past 25 years, often spending much more for much less! The view was not much. |

Courtesy, correctness and efficiency of all staff from A to Z. All were knowledgeable and spared no efforts to help us in their respective fields. Outside Hotel: Relative difficulty in reaching Hotel by car through Lecce's old narrow streets. In Hotel: We thought that A/C was switched off during the last two days of our stay |

The room was clean, up to date,light, and roomy. The bed was large and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and efficient and we would particularly like to praise the German lady (from near Bremen) on reception most days, and the elderly gentleman on reception through the night. Both were very friendly and helpful. There was only one mirror in the bathroom and none at all in the bedroom. This was an irritating flaw and needs to be addressed urgently. |
