We loved the hotel - it's location was really central , right in the middle of the old town, our room was spacious,modern , with plenty of storage, and the staff were very helpful

The unbelievable luxury and style of the suite (at an excellent price), the unbelievable space and luxury of the bathroom, the overall aesthetics. The staff was more than friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent massage. The best hotel I have ever stayed in - and I travel for the past 25 years, often spending much more for much less!

The view was not much.

Courtesy, correctness and efficiency of all staff from A to Z. All were knowledgeable and spared no efforts to help us in their respective fields.

Outside Hotel: Relative difficulty in reaching Hotel by car through Lecce's old narrow streets. In Hotel: We thought that A/C was switched off during the last two days of our stay

The room was clean, up to date,light, and roomy. The bed was large and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and efficient and we would particularly like to praise the German lady (from near Bremen) on reception most days, and the elderly gentleman on reception through the night. Both were very friendly and helpful.

There was only one mirror in the bathroom and none at all in the bedroom. This was an irritating flaw and needs to be addressed urgently.

All of the staff were very friendly and were very helpful at all times giving out helpful information and maps etc. We really appreciated the room being restocked with towels etc twice daily.

This is a high quality hotel which we got for a very good price on Bookings.com The staff are excellent, taking care of bags, parking cars, making dinner reservations and addressing any needs you have. Most enjoyable stay.

A pool would have been good and the gym is tiny. The rooftop restaurant food was a little ambitious and didn't quite make the flavours work but nice atmosphere. Perhaps the hotel could offer bookings for chair/umbrella at beaches nearby.

Everything was wonderful: staff, location, decoration... And there was a pc with Internet connection avaliable in the lobby.

I missed some fresh fruit for breakfast.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The decor of the hotel was fabulous and the location perfect in Lecce.

Hôtel de luxe bien situé, 1er accueil raté heureusement parfaitement "rattrapé" par Luana.

Attention non respect de l'attribution des chambres selon la réservation, chambre standard au lieu d'une deluxe...
