Nothing dirty outside with 8 very unfriendly people who were demanding money.

The manager said kaput go away Had toget another taxi to findnew accomodation. Do not go there!!

We were happy with the location because we had a car. The staff were very helpfull and nice. We had a great time and we recommend the hotel for its price

The hotel is located in a very quiet place of Calgiari. It's on a very beautyful beach and the view from the romm was awesome. The staff is nice. The terrace is wonderful.

The food at the restaurant is not bad but definitely the less good we encountered during our travel.

Location is exceptional and only 10 minutes from central Cagliari

The hotel is a bit rundown

The location was fantastic. A 10 - 15 minute bus ride from Calgiari. The hotel also had a really relaxed and friendly atmophere and was a bit quirky with how it was all put together! Some renovations were happening and we benefitted from having a large and newly renovated room that had fantastic views and good comfort.

Breakfast was a bit basic in comparison to other hotels but this was more than compensated for by everything else.

The location is very nice and quiet by the sea.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned before we arrived (sink and toilet at least) and we had an obvious discomfort in using it, the entrance door to the room wasn't working very well and although it was one of the new rooms in the hotel, it didn't make us feel comfortable at all. We had a room at the ground floor which made us feel quite claustophobic in the evening as we couldn't leave the blinds or windows open due to the room position. The hotel definitely needs upgrading.

The location of the hotel is excellent and within easy reach of Calgiari by taxi. There is a bus service which is far cheaper but check the time-table in advance. Our room was fabulous looking directly out over the sea. The hotel is a little isolated which suited us but if you think you may require anything I would recommend getting it before you arrive as there are no shops near-by. There was a private beach area which was run by a private management company so 5 euros for a sun bed but also a lovely beach next to hotel which was lovely and much better for accessing the water. Also, full marks to the reception guy who was very helpful with a sense of humour that some of the other staff seemed to lack!

The breakfast was a bit lame - qoissants available but hard and burnt or a packaged type along with yoghurt, biscuits, apples and coffee etc. Disappointing but the location and local culture more than made up for it! I have to say while I am on a roll that there is an American Bar which is very nice. However, I did start to feel that locals/italiens were getting served faster than myself even though I was there 30 mins earlier. I would still go back and plan to do so!

It is a nice hotel. The vieuw from the restaurant is so very nice. Rooms are good and way to Cagliari airport is not so very far by car.

Fantastic food and wines, amazing location right on the waterfront. It's authentic Italian.

They dont speak English at all. Quite difficult to get to by car. It is an Art Deco hotel but the decor and furnishings are cheap and dated. We paid 100 Euros for a sea front room and 90 Euros for the excellent 3 course meal we chose.

It was good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff and the food was good.

The hotel interior is in great need of renovation. With a little more upkeep the hotel has the potential to be a beautiful site.

Location was excellent. Our room had been refurbished which was modern and very comfortable. It is worth paying the extra to get sea views which are the best we have ever had!

The Hotel was old and a little run down in areas, in need of a good paint. A little out the way and would have been good to have a few cafes / shops in walking distance as we didnt hire a car.

Excellent location, the hotel's surroundings, as is 2 minutes drive from the center of Cagliari and its location is a quiet and very nice. (Too bad that the hotel itself is not anywhere near up to the beauty of its location)

Given the excellent location near the center, and a lousy hotel given the enormous potential it has. The view from the small beach hotel lies beneath this is how little creepy, old, without care, poorly painted. The small private beach, which is exactly one non beach would be more decent than if it were not trying to steal ... 5 euros for a brand heladooo hammock! Painful ... for stomachs breakfast croissants proof metal and fruit juice Mars. We would not be so bad ... say if I did not have much untapped potential ... I guess conformity. Decent rooms for a three star ...

Beautiful location and price for the room (special offer).

Creaky bed, very old interior, dust everywhere, dirty floor when arrived.

polite, calm, professional front desk staff. relaxed atmosphere, not somewhere where a lot of tourists go, so you get more italian families, very great retro feel to the place, very tasty restaurant, many locals eat there for family events, etc, great loaction when you have a rental car, which i reccomend getting, easy access to town. great view, rooms on ground floor totally redone, really happy with the whole package. very welcoming to young travellers, families, groups of friends, anyone.

breakfast was ok, but could have done with real orange juice, coffee was great though!

Very friendly stuff, excellent restaurant, nice private garden and small beach.

Wonderful location and excellent reception service

Very disappointing breakfast - I never expect much from an Italian breakfast but this was particuarly appalling - stale bread, no fresh fruit, nothing seemed to ever be replenished. The staff were equally hopeless. Beautiful area/view!

Situation idilique, les pieds dans l'eau ! Petite plage publique juste à côté de l'hotel avec une eau turquoise. Super séjour. la Réception était sympathique et très pro.
