Very near airport

Heater didn't work.

The staff were very efficient upon arrival at Milan Malpensa. A shuttle bus was waiting for us without even having to book one. The hotel it self was immaculate! Never have I seen such a clean hotel. The staff had 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. Such a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The proximity to the airport. The alacrity with which the hotel sent its navetta to fetch me at the airport.

Location, food in the restaurant

Convenient for Malpensa Airport. Free airport shuttle bus a short walk away so handy for Malpensa Express. Friendly, helpful staff with excellent english. Restuarant was excellent so for an overnight either side of a flight it is ideal. They also do a transfer at a very reasonable cost.

you have to pay 3 euro for the pick up at both terminal in Malpensa. Walls between rooms are very thin, you can hear your neighboors when they are snorring but i was so tired that i fell asleep anyway.

Warm family run small pension

The food is excellent and not too pricey. Try the risottos and the "insalatona" (giant salad), and of course the house red wine!!!

Handy for the airport.

I arrived too late for a shuttle and airport taxis have a minimum charge of €15. I could have waited for a free inter terminal bus and walked from the Case Nuove stop as the hotel advised but they are every 30 minutes at night.

This is a budget hotel not far from Malpensa. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. The parking is secure and is locked at night. The room brings you the bare minimum you would expect to spend a night and catch your flight at Malpensa the next day...

Although the room are cheap (49€ for a single room), the Hotel Ristorante Cervo charges inflated prices for its food. We paid almost 30€ for a very simple meal (basic starter, a pasta dish, mineral water and coffee) where it is hard to spend 15€ for the same food in any other similar restaurant....but when you are in the middle of nowhere, what other choices do you have....

Location was perfect to get an early flight. Shuttle to airport east to book and convienient. Room was clean and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was great! Friendly staff.

Good hotel if you need some place to stay near the airport. The service was good, the room was clean. The free wi-fi comes in handy. Also there were a few channels in english, which I thought was a big plus.

Friendly, and willing to help with the usual problems (we wanted a two-bed room, which they gave us). The food was very good. All in all, accommodating in a Spartan way. The room was quiet and beds comfortable.

Our last visit two years ago was extremely pleasant; this time it was obvious that the management had changed. For one thing, they charged us for transportation to and from Malpensa airport. Before, it was free. The room was plain, only one reading lamp for two beds. Only four hangers in the armoire for two people. Lighting poor. The minibar was empty. In the restauran, the young waitress came in and turned on the radio to a loud rock station; we asked that it be turned down, which she grumpily did--after our insistant request. Not a place I would return tol.

Very near to Milan Malpensa airport. They offer a very efficient and cheap shuttle service (3€/trip) from/to the airport (both terminal 1 and terminal 2). The staff was very nice. They have special prices for single travellers so you don't have to pay for two people when you travel alone.

The furniture is quite old but in good state of conservation. The hotel is among the various parking lots of the airport so there is almost nothing to do in the area. Just a place to go and sleep, no shopping facilities or anything worth to visit.

Hotel Cervo is in a good location for travelers going to and from Malpensa airport. There is a connvenient shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I have stayed at Hotel Cervo numerous times, and have found consistant quality for a reasonable price. Another bonus is that the on- site restaurant serves delicious Italian food prepared by the mother and grandmother of this family-run hotel.

We arrived late in the evening and the very pleasant young woman who was the cook kept the kitchen open for us and gave us a decent meal.

Run, do not walk, away from this place! There was no air conditioning, although the hotel ads claimed there was. Our room became a sauna. The advertised Wi-fi was non-existent. The staff, other than the cook, was surly and unhelpful. The hotel does not have its own shuttle. They charged -- unannounced and after the fact -- three euros per person for the airport pickup, and another three for the delivery next morning. At an "airport hotel!" The shuttle was an airport parking shuttle, probably moonlighting. This place was totally inadequate by any reasonable measure.
