Everything......The accomadations where wonderful, the staff was great,the continental breakfast and the dinner served at night was delicious.We were at the end of a 1 month vacation, exhausted and this family run hotel was the perfect place to stay before our journey home. |

Very close to the airport. Convenient place for everyone who needs an early shuttle. Even we had to check out on 5 am, an early breakfast was provided. Friendly staff. |

Cervo was fine and convenient as a simple hotel near the Malpensa airport. The staff was pleasant and helpful for my late arrival and early departure. |

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle is not free. 3 euros per person each way. |

The hotel had great location to Malpensa airport, and was very clean and private. The restaurant at the hotel was closed...boo!! |

The staff were willing and attentive though scarce in numbers.the transport was punctual,It had all the basic requirements of a three star hotel. I was not happy at room 102 not having any hot water supply at 1900 in the evening. My call for help resulted in a man coming to the room to check the veracity of my claim.However there was no change 'till o500 when we rose to depart. |

close to the airport the fact that there was no restaurant and I had to have breakfast sitting on a couch. That most of the reception desk staff was not really friendly with the exception of the person that checked me out, who was just starting his shift. |

Very bad location because it is close to malpensa airport but the airport is very far from Milan and connections are poor. By the way, a taxi rfom the airport to the hotel is e$20 inspite of it's being a 2min trip Bad facilities, small bathroom and terrible to come from Milan to the hotel at night because malpensa express only works up to 20:57 |

This is a small hotel near the Malpensa airport. A shuttle can pick you up and return you in the morning free of charge. The continental breakfast is basic, but very good choices of pastries, fruit, juices, cereals, etc.There is a nearby restaurant within a short walk that serves excellent food in the evening. Not really, but if a luxury acommodation is what you're looking for, this might not be the place. However, all things considered; cost, cleanliness, good location for airport travellers (about a 10-minute drive) and in a quiet neighborhood, it's great. |

We were disappointed that there was no restaurant at the hotel. Staff was helpful in telling us about the only restaurant within walking distance. The room was a bit shabby and the shower barely adequate. However access to the airport was excellent, the facility was clean and the breakfast was excellent. |

The service of ttransportation to and from the airport is efficient and the cost is resonable, although it would be preferable to have it included in the hotel services as a courtesy. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. Although they have a restaurant it was not open when I stayed there. As such I had to go elsewhere for dinner which was not very good. |
