Prices on rooms seem to be good, aa ni like ho the staff is friendly. But there is nothing around the hotel like a store.
I didn't like the prizes on the dinner. Less the food for what I paid for. It was the most expensive awful food I've ever tasted. It was chicken and fries. This food gives Italian food a bad name. And people a bad idea about Italian food.
Very friendly staff, location is 2 min from the Malpenza a airport. Clean sheets, very good restaurant.
My friends and I enjoyed the best Risotto we have ever tasted and we asked to meet your cook to thank her and to compliment her food. Your staff were also very helpful and pleasant.
Nothing not to like.
Friendly and helpful staff, spotless room and good basic facilities. Excellent value for the money.
Breakfast was limited but hard to complain given the cost.
place, convenient, staff are nice
loud in the night (plane engine landing) wifi connection is slow
Helpful, friendly and informative
Good Bed, besides that, They ripped me off
All, the hotel is a family business, without any management, whatsoever, Air Conditioning did not work and temperature seeting is handled from the front desk and it is setting not to be colder than 28* C, we spend a worm night on August swetting profoundly, Bad. We requested shuttle back and forth to airport and we're charged for it, the free shuttle is the one offered by the Airport authority and stop like 3/4 of a mile from hotel, so time to walk again, Bathroom facilities falling apart, Bad Experience!
Close to Airport
Located in a residential area so nothing near by. Had problems with the elevator at time.
My daughter and I had a sudden change of travel plans and suddenly required an overnight airport hotel close to Malpensa. The hotel provides excellent value for the price. The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the meals in the restaurant very good. The complementary wi-fi signal was excellent as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle servive was also reliable and prompt. I would highly recommend this hotel!
My only suggestion would be to add to the website the fact that you must phone the hotel for pick up when arriving at Malpensa. I believe the eebsite may haveentioned it but it was a good thing that I had access to a printer while in Italy and had printed the confirmation withe hotel's number on it.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Location close to the airport. There is a free bus service between terminal 1 and 2 that stops at case nuevo. Hotel is a 3 minute walk from the bus stop. Wifi in the room.
Expensive for what you get
Very near to airport. Very clean and convenient. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are very large and well provided in towels etc. For solo traveler the van pick up at airport is worth it (3 Euro). Stayed in two rooms, my husband and I in one and 3 teens next door, worked out well esp. on a budget.
We called them and they picked us up thinking this was courtesy van but there was 3 Euro charge per person. Since there were 5 of us the flat rate would have been the same and we would have eliminated waiting time of about 20 minutes. But as with other staff, the man who picked us up was very helpful and pleasant.
there are some insect walk near the bed.
The room was spacious and clean.
Transportation from airport is quick, but hotel is not easy to find. No transportation at night, so the only option is the expensive taxi.
The sheets were smooth and crisp, and the pasta in the restaurant downstairs was first-rate—trofie with pesto, spaghetti for 9 euros, with grandma in the kitchen. A pleasure. Close and convenient to Malpensa Terminal 1. Paid 52 Euros for the night. Would return.
I must have missed the fact that the shuttle costs 3 euros per person each way. Aside from that, it was a fine, though short, stopover.
Nice hotel if you need to stay for a night, nice restaurant
Poor Wi-Fi, bad bath and toilet equipment, only one empty appliance receptacle
Air conditioner didn't work and then when it did loud like a train. Wifi kept dropping out. Breakfast finishes at 9 and not much to offer. Basic! Transfers to Terminal 1 or 2 charge 3 euro each. Pay extra and stay elsewhere!
friendly staff and cleanliness
3 min. by walk to free airport bus
Very good, congratulation.
They came to collect me from the airport - I arrived by airport shuttle from Milan - and I took their airport shuttle back to the airport the following morning. Fantastic service.
Very close to Malpensa airport. We spent the night before flying back to the US. Comfortable and good value for the money.
Booked this room because I had an early morning flight out of Malpensa the next morning. I like the price and location.
The room was falling apart a little but (outlets pushed into wall, lights very dim/not working, no sound proofing from other rooms, you could hear everything). I thought the shuttle service provided by the hotel was free (or so it seemed from the booking) but it was €3 each way. Kind of a bummer. The restaurant was a little overpriced for what it was, I ate down the street at a pizzeria instead. Overall the building was rather dumpy, but it served it's purpose and was much cheaper than surrounding hotels.
Cleaning, staff and facilities inside the room. There's frigobar, good beds, great light, tv.. It's a quiete place and near the airport malpensa, the free bus stops near.
Bathroom gets wet, very easily. It's a good bathroom and there's facility's to whom has mobility dificulties, but the shower wets all the bathroom.
I love it that it felt like a small hotel in the country. even the street that it was on felt quaint, even though it is located 3 km from the airport. I don't like feeling like a tourist so I like a unique place (I don't like the sheraton or the holiday in where everything is the same) with a homey feeling. The staff was very very friendly and in the morning at 5 am the receptionist called my room to make sure that I caught the shuttle. that was not required and not expected but very nice. I liked it that the room was small (I don't want to pay for a king size bed and a lot of space) but very functional and clean and comfortable. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant but I wish that I had. If I ever come back to Italy and to the Milan airport I would like to stay there again.
The toilet seat was not stable but that is a small thing.
