Super location (Malpensa airport is 2 minutes away by car), free parking. VERY VERY good restorant. They prepared best steak I ever ate in Italy. =) Very simple, but super!

it would be better to make more sound isolation for rooms.

Very close to Milan Malpensa Airport. The horel has excellent shuttle service, costs 3 euro.Pretty good breakfast buffet for Italian standards.

Beds and bathrooms are pretty old. Could do with some renewal.

My wife and I had to catch an early morning flight. We were picked up promptly at the airport the night before. We had a nice meal and retired for an early morning flight. We were provided with coffee and a freshly baked croissant before we were taken to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight. The entire staff was very accommodating.

The shuttle service from and to MXP airport is a very good idea. I arrived late at night and the service was available till 11 pm. friendly and English speaking staff.good wi-fi

I went in mid-October and the room was a little cold. the adjusted temperature I believe was low for that time of the year.

It is very close to the airport Milan Malpensa, ideal for business travelers. The shuttle service is also very efficient, you should just call the hotel.

The internet in the room is not free. I paid 6 euros for that and it did not work at all.

This is an excellent basic airport hotel for overnight stay only. This is not a holiday/luxury hotel and don't pretend to be one. Great value for money. The rooms are simple but clean and have what you need. Free Wi-Fi at the rooms. Great location (5 min driving to the terminal). Very friendly and helpful staff. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was fine. Highly recommended.

Nothing. If you look for luxury/view/pool/kid's facilities - go to somewhere else. For us for one night before an early flight to catch, it was perfect.

This is a perfect place to stay if you are changing planes in Milan and need to spend a night. It is very close to the airport, in fact, it is kind of in the airport, yet the planes don't bother you. Restaurant is good, nothing special, but good. Perfect stop-over point. The shuttle takes literally 5 minutes to the terminal. The taxi to the hotel was 13 euro (i didn't bother to arrange for shuttle pick-up). Overall very good experience. Wireless internet works - you just need to ask the front desk to give you a code.

As most hotels in europe Ive stayed in, regardless of price (50-300 range), this has walls made of a material that amplifies noise rather than reduces it. I could hear every step other travellers made in the hallway, and shower from an adjacent room was as loud as if the person was in mine.

We arrived at Malpensa (Milano) airport on a late evening flight. So we needed a hotel for the first night to continue our holiday journey next day morning. This hotel was a perfect choice for our need.

The room was comfort, the bar inviting, the dining room bright and welcoming. Dinner was good and reasonable. The breakfast -including in the room rate- was excellent with a wide variety from meats, cheeses, and eggs, to cereals and yogurts, and fresh baked goods. A shuttle to and from Malpensa Airport (3 Euro one way) is available and quick -perhaps a round-trip discount could be offered.

Room #215 has two steps upon entry without warning! It was easy to tumble. A warning about the steps should be put on the outside of the door to the room.

very near to the airport and hotel operates shuttle every 30min. They have early bird breakfast (cappucino and brioche) all night.
