Easy distance from the airport and good transport service to and from the hotel. Even though "Ristorante" is in the name there is not this facility at the hotel. There is however a very good restaurant near by. |

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Transportation shuttle to and from the airport was much appreciated. There was an elevator for guests to use. |

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, great location between the terminals, efficient transfer service, nice area (fantastic walks in the woods (if you can find them!, start from the T2 roundabout towards parking)) , easy to get into Milan for a visit. A great stopover location at a reasonable price Occasional rumbling plumbing - but hey, this is italy :-) |

hotel is very basic. Breakfast is included. However, if you to leave for the airport at 7:00(which is not unusual for international flights), they do not serve breakfast. |

access to airport hotel very noisy, staff irresponsible...no one informed the guests that their was a time change in Italy where clocks were turned back one hour. Therefore, everyone was in the lobby ready to go to the airport an hour early. Each guest came down to lobby and complained that they didn't get their wake up call and the clerk then said.."Well it isn't 6:30am, yet" That was a disgrace. |

Excellent proximity to airport, good breakfast.Staff were very efficient.Our pickup driver spoke very good english One person responsible for the front desk as well as providing bar service. Passports were left in pigeon holes unattended which is totally unacceptable. |

Staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. Having the room with the door on the outside... it is less secure. |

Room was ok with double bed and clean bathroom. Did not like the fact that there was no heat in the rooms! We were told Italy has a law that hotels can not turn on their heat until October 15th! It was 55 degrees and no heat! We finally made the staff get us a heater! |
