Score from 30 reviews Excellent
The staff were very good and very helpful. the hotel was quiet and clean. good view from room and excellent bathroom. good value minibar. only 2€ for a 500 mill water.
the room was over crowded. i booked a triple room but there were four beds and too much funiture it was like being in a store room! Bidet was broken and free wifi non existent, perhaps putting the user name and password on the room key wallet would be a good idea. hotel has a very conference feel to it not ideal for children at all. room service menu was unclear it specified it was €5 but its not clear if this was for the food, service or what! there was no menu. i think the hotel was incredibly over priced for what it was I have stayed in better and cheaper hotels in Venice
Rooms are very nice with large bathroom. Restaurant and food both excellent
