The location was great for us. The restaurant was closed and it was the reason we booked hotel . Very disappointed. On arrival at 18.00 we could not even get a cup of coffee and had to ask for the mini bar to be stocked with the basic ie water. The breakfast was very basic and on our last morning we told reception the night before we would be leaving early for a flight and was told the breakfast room would be open for us to have a cup of coffee but we were locked into a certain part of the hotel and had to exit through the fire door and no breakfast. Had to leave the room key on step at front of hotel as the main door locked . It as 7am in the morning not the middle of the night.

ツインを希望していたが、案内されたのはダブルの部屋でした。フロントに連絡したらすぐに変更してもらえま- した。 長期滞在したくなるロケーションにあるホテルです。 朝食がちょっと貧弱に感じました。

Der Swimming-Pool mit Aussicht auf die Berge ist prima! Großes Zimmer (Mini Suite). Nettes Personal. Das Frühstück ist bescheiden aber normal für ital. Verhältnisse und für uns ist es O.K.! Schlecht ist, wenn um 9.15h schon kein Brot mehr da ist. Das sollte nicht passieren.

Splendida piscina e splendido giardino fiorito, ottima posizione per gite in Garfagnana, il paese Castelnuovo è a pochi chilometri ed è bello. Beautiful swimming pool and flower garden, great location for trips in the Garfagnana, Castelnuovo is the town a few miles from hotel and it's nice. Colazione poco fantasiosa; per pranzi e cene manca il menù del giorno quindi I piatti sono un po' ripetitivi; la posizione, nonostante il giardino sia bellissimo, non è di immersione nella natura. Breakfast is not rich; lunch and dinner menu is missing "menu of the day" so the dishes are a little repetitive; position, although the garden is beautiful, is not immersion in nature.

Piscina, gentilezza staff, cucina, accoglienza cani C'era qualche ragnatela sul soffitto in sala colazioni. Staff a mio parere numericamente insufficiente nella fascia del mattino: c'è una sola persona che si occupa di reception e colazioni e non riesce a far bene nessuna delle due cose, lasciando, suo malgrado, la sala colazioni sguarnita e I clienti ad aspettare al bancone reception.

Staff molto gentile, buona l'accoglienza, posizione adeguata. Accettano I cani senza sovraprezzo. Camera assolutamente spartana e senza alcun servizio di categoria (no minibar, televisore 12 pollici e senza ricezione). Colazione inadeguta e scarsa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo assolutamente sfavorevole.
