The kitchen is overcomplicated. The prices of the meals are extremly expensive. The service is too ceremonial, the too much waiter in black tie are more unpleasant, than pleasant. We were only 2 at the table, and 3-4 waiters were always around us.The dinner is overorganized. We couldn't relax during the dinner, we had a feeling, we should to serve the kitchen and the chef, who has 2 Michelline stars. The chef is realy very talent, but there aren't Italian feeling in his meals. The artistic construction of the meals was more important than the real good taste of them. In beautifull sommer evening the guests should eat inside, because the dinner isn't served in the garden.

If you want to trully spoil your self this is the place.Orta is a little jewel, the hotel is a vary scenic 10 min walk from the town.The food is exceptional, attention to detail second to none. Try the tasting menu with wine selected for each course.

A beautiful hotel but it is expensive...............i think the bedroom area could have been slightly larger (RM 225 a junior suite) with more draw space for clothes.

Non si può definire cucina ambiente ospitalità servizio ,senza provare tutto ciò che Villa Crespi e il suo staf offre....!

Le service de l hotel est inexistant. Tv cassée non réparée 5 jours; pas d information sur l hotel.(origine) pas d'information sur la Région; pas d'information sur les services de l' hotel (room service salon jardin..)

Restaurant excellent. Menu gastronomique de grande finesse.Saveurs et parfums à la hauteur du chef étoilé. Service de qualité. À découvrir sans hésitation .

Internet funktioniert so gut wie gar nicht. Es gab keine Trüffel!! Sie seien angeblich sehr teuer! Wie bitte? Glauben die etwa, ich reise im verregneten Piemont umher, weil ich scharf auf Regen bin?? Und am langsamen Inet sind irgendwelche Leute in Orta schuld! Es hätte nicht viel gefehlt und ich wäre geplatzt. Ist kein Hotel mehr für mich...

Das Hotel hat in Bezug auf Ausstattung und Service unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Das Restaurant hingegen war eine große Enttäuschung und weder den Preis noch die 2 Michelin Sterne wert. Sowohl Qualität als auch Quantität sowie der Service im Restaurant waren schlecht.

La gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale (dai proprietari fino al giardiniere) e il buffet per la colazione: vastissima scelta tra dolce e salato, rigorosamente con prodotti di prima qualità.

Sarà stata la temperatura (decisamente alta) o il fatto che avevamo la camera al terzo ed ultimo piano...ma di fatto l'aria condizionata non era sufficiente a rinfrescare l'ambiente e trovo che questa sia una pecca piuttosto "stupida" per un Hotel di questa categoria.

Sicuramente la cucina ottima ed il servizio ristorante ineccepibile

La cura per la pulizia della camera ( cam.212 ) La camera non era provvista di block notes , matita. Brutta la presentazione dei prodotti da bagno e mancanza di spazzolini e dentrifricio

Lovely little palace in extra-ordinary moorish style. Beautifull interiors and rooms. Friendly forthcoming reception. Stunning restaurant with great food and a lot of italian style

The garden is not very impressive, and suffers from the noise of the nearby road. We did not like the huge tent in de garden (used for weddings and parties) Very, very limited lakeview due to high/large trees. Sometimes, during breakfast, we felt a lack of service and eye for detail. 15 minutes walk to Orta San Giulio. But it is a nice walk!

Die Klimaanlage nicht genügend.

Wir bekamen nicht das Zimmer,das wir gebucht hatten.wir bekamen ein Upgrade,weil das von uns gebuchte Zimmer mit Seeblick und Privatbalkon nicht verfügbar war.Das Upgrade-Zimmer sollte eine Suite sein,aber diese war sehr verwinkelt und dunkel.

The welcome from the staff - we had stayed over 18 months before and the staff seemed genuinely pleased to see us. The restaurant is spectacular, a real theatrical experience with fantastic food, cooked superbly.

There is nothing not to like.

L'architecture de la villa est simplement splendide et le cadre a quelque chose de magique. Les chambres sont particulièrement confortables. Le repas pris au restaurant de l'hôtel fut une succession ininterrompue de découvertes culinaires et de saveurs exceptionnelles, à ne pas manquer!

Une petite piscine dans le jardin ne serait pas désagréable.

The wonderfully warm welcome and friendly service which was also most professional. The restaurant experience, it was a special occasion, was superb and the staff made it even more so, bringing us a specially prepared dessert with candle to help us celebrate. Nothing was too much trouble, it was simply a never to be forgotten moment which I will never stop recounting to friends. Highly recommended for a romantic occasion, honeymoon or anniversary or just for the top quality that is apparent throughout the hotel and restaurant.

The weather was not perfect but you can't have everything!

Top-hotel. We werden geüpgraded en logeerden in een suite. Ontbijt verbluffend. Prachtige omgeving.

Jammer dat er geen zwembad is, maar dit is dan ook het enige minpunt.

SENTIRSI DENTRO UN BELLA FAVOLA. Atmosfera surreale creata da ogni centimetro della villa, dallo staff che riesce a interpretare i desideri e...grandioso ...la cucina di impressionante interpretazione.
