Cosy garden, very helpful staff
The so called family room is not really up to the standard. Probably other rooms are better.
Friendly and helpfull staff, our room was clean, good breakfast. Nearby good restaurant and bus service few step away.
Great location Good price Staff were very very helpful and welcoming Breakfast was simple but very tasty and staff were again very helpful and accomodating to a special diet. Overall good stay here, would definitely recommend!
excellent location, staff very helpful
Many reviews write about the garden and it's ok. The breakfast isn't really served in it though, as several persons have written, for some reason. If you're looking for a youth hostel with a decent location, this place is a reasonable choice (unfortunately, they don't charge youth hostel prices, though!).
Walking to sights. Away from crowds. Ease to get to. Breakfast and service.
WiFi not reaching room. Little bit away from action if not a walker - but bus cheap.
Great coffee every morning, great staff friendliness, right on bus route, walkable to central Florence sights
Beds are well aged, rooms are very warm

sem wi fi no ap
The staff wore awful
Great athmosphere of the ancient florence
JUST THE LOCATION
THE HOTEL STAFF IS SO UNPOLITE, MADE OUR STAY REALLY ANNOYIND....WE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SOMEONE ELSE
I loved the location. Next street was the bus into Venice. Staff were helpful. The FREE car parking was a real bonus and the car was safe. The room was big enough and the bathroom was right next to us. The man on the desk was helpful too and supplied a map of Venice. For the money it is one of the best I found in Italy. The windows open fine and have the tilt hinge which is all around Europe (not a fault as someone described who doesn't know how to use them). Check in time is strictly after 2 pm so keep this in mind. We been travelling the world for 3 years continuously so I know good value, and found this to be that.
Wifi was poor and only worked in the passage.
Excellent location, 5 min towards the centre and from the busy crowd. Our room was very large and clean. Excellent price/quality. Friendly and helpfull staff. Could print out our e-tickets there.
Breakfast could be better but sufficient. No private parking space, but there was an co-op parking garage 5-7 min walking.
Cheap and clean hotel with a good location.
No WIFI in the room, poor breakfast, twin room was made to a triple room b adding an additional bed.
This hotel is a 15-min walk from the Duomo and from there other sites are easily accessible through town. This is an adequate hotel if you spend the day out in the city. No frills. OK for sleeping and breakfast, but when you are sightseeing that should be enough.
Our 5-bed room was very cramped and located next to a very bright security light that lit the entire room. Lots of morning and night movement to and from a private apartment right outside the only window. No air circulation.
breakfast is nice,waiters are professional
so bad sleep in there
The breakfast was amazing. The staff pretty nice and helpful.
Breakfast in the garden
Mosquito and mosquito and mosquito ..........
location..very close to historical centre, nice clean rooms and lovely personnel
wi-fi doesnt work well in rooms, sometimes it doesnt work at all, the only annoying thing, but there is enough place downstairs to relax and use wi fi. hotel is amazing and so is location, so I would not consider wi fi issues
Breakfast, location, service, price
Beds are of poor quality. Interior decoration bit depressing.
Airy rooms and high ceilings. Peaceful atmosphere.Lovely couple who run the hotel who were very helpful. We were able to leave our bags on the last day until our train.
I was refused a second coffee in the morning unless I paid for it which felt a bit inhospitable to me. I had asked for a triple bed room but we were given a double and a single.
Very near shopping, restaurants, and city center
The location of the hotel is convinient. The room was clean.
Value for money, clean room, nice breakfast, friendly staff.
No air conditioning in the room and no spare fans.
