Good hotel, not so far from Termini. The hotel owner Sabino is very friendly. We had not any problem there.
The B and B is very close to Termini station which was important as I was arriving late and leaving early the next day. The owner, Sabino, was very kind and welcoming, and also prepares a small breakfast in the morning. This is a great place to stay for travellers looking for a clean, inexpensive option during their stay in Rome.
Sabino's hospitality, always very nice and helpfull. The room was comfortable and very clean. the location was close to a subway station in a calm location. We recommend!
Very good place for accomodation during visiting Rome, great localization, the Hauseholder is a great person which will help you with everything and give a lot of hints about Rome
The owner is good and give us some good tips. The room is big for two person. They clean the room everyday so it is clean.
No wifi in the room.
The owner Sabino was really helpful. Gave us tips about the city. Where to go, where to eat and what to eat. He made the stay very comfortable.
owner is friendly and helpful
Best hotel really in cost/effectiveness (very close to everything for an affordable price). Comfy, really nice owners, very clean and tidy.
It is probably not the best hotel ever-ever in general understanding, but sincerely speaking - it's perfect for the price really and we've enjoyed our stay a lot.
Sabino, the host, was very friendly. When you enter the building always a few words of attention. "Are you okay?" Such simple questions means a lot. Hygiene was great, everything was clean and cleaned everyday.
Breakfast was too basic. It would be great if they will spend a euro extra for an upgrade of the quality of the croissants / toasts. WiFi only in the hallway. With a router extra and a euro for the breakfast it would be perfect.
I liked the location because it was close to the Railway station. Easy access to the important tourist places in Rome.
The breakfast was mundane--same thing every day. Would have loved some variety. For five mornings ate the same stuff. Wi-Fi was not available in the room, had to go out in the halls.
