The person at the reception was friendly It is difficult to find the hotel (some sign on the main road should be placed). The toilet was not working. Breakfast was poor. |

The Tiby was easy to find, very close to the old part of the city, No problem with parking, breakfast was great, staff spoke English and were very nice. A great value Everything was great |

The staff and the attitude was really not friendly! When we left the hotel to Bologna we found out we did not receive our Passports back. We called the hotel and asked if they could assist to send the passports over - they were very unfriendlly. we see it their resopobsibility too to return the documents. |

Location was excellent and it was clean and adequate. But having stayed in 4 different hotels in the region whilst touring around that week - it wasn't as good value for money as the others. Very old fashioned and should have been cheaper.. |

The breakfast at the hotel was okay, nothing to write home about. Also, the hotel is close to the city. This hotel was close to the city, but very dirty, the staff was unfriendly, and even though I asked for a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke. Also, the wireless internet did not work in my room. |

Very little. The hotel had to be the worst value for money on our recent trip to Italy. It seems Modena has limited choices in the lower price range EUR80-100. and i chose this on price and proximity to the town centre (10min walk). Although hard to find, it was an easy walk from the bus main station if you know where to go. Buffet breakfast is ok though not fantastic. The hotel is old and tired - so were the staff! They were unfriendly and dismissive. The hotel is badly signed and located at the back of the block which made arriving on foot difficult even though only a 5min walk from bus station. Overall - very overpriced for standard. |

Silenzioso E' assurdo che non vi sia distinzione tra camere per fumatori e non fumatori!!! Le camere sono terribilmente maleodoranti causa sigarette!!! Non tornerò in questo hotel! |

La chambre était propre et la salle de bain assez propre. Le personnel de l'hotel n'a pas été très agréable. La qualité du petit déjeuné était vraiment médiocre. La décoration semble ne pas avoir été changée depuis 30 ans. L'heure du petit déjeuné n'est écrite nulle part. |

Zum Frühstück konnte man kostenlos sehr guten Espresso oder Cappucino bestellen. Der Service war gut, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Internet ist kostenlos am Hotelcomputer verfügbar, WLAN ist mit 3 Euro für 2 Stunden nicht zu teuer. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nah am Busbahnhof (5 min. zu Fuß), nachts war es relativ ruhig. Es war ok, aber nicht unbedingt begeisternd. Mäßige Sauberkeit, uralte Dusche, muffelige Toilette |

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Teception war freundlich und für jede Auskunft bereit. Das Badezimmer ist mindestens 20 Jahre alt und nicht mehr zeitgemäß, außerdem ist die Brausetasse viel zu klein und die Duschkabinetüre ist alt, unhygienisch und funktioniert nicht mehr. Die Parkgaragge im Keller ist eine absolute Frechheit. Alte Schiebetore die mehr als 30 Jahre alt sind, die einzelnen Garagen sind viel zu klein um mit einem Auto, wie VW Sharan einparken zu können. |

Ho apprezzato la disponibilità del personale, il comfort e la pulizia delle camere. Eccellente la colazione! L'aria condizionata non funzionava perciò ha fatto piuttosto caldo anche di notte. L'hotel rimane comunque fuori mano e difficile da raggiungere. |
