Goede ligging Internet instabielmet zeer lage snelheid als er meerdere gebruikers zijn en koffie tijdens ontbijt is totaal Italië onwaardig!! |

Niet veel. Alleen de locatie was wel oké. Zoals andere gasten zeggen: deprimerend. Hotel was helmaal niet "pas gerenoveerd", lag in een grauwe buurt, die zelfs met mooi weer niet opvrolijkte. Betonrot in balkon. Alles maakte een kleurloze indruk, zelfs het personeel, zeker na een schitterend verblijf in Venetie. |

Very little. The hotel had to be the worst value for money on our recent trip to Italy. It seems Modena has limited choices in the lower price range EUR80-100. and i chose this on price and proximity to the town centre (10min walk). Although hard to find, it was an easy walk from the bus main station if you know where to go. Buffet breakfast is ok though not fantastic. The hotel is old and tired - so were the staff! They were unfriendly and dismissive. The hotel is badly signed and located at the back of the block which made arriving on foot difficult even though only a 5min walk from bus station. Overall - very overpriced for standard. |

Plenty of parking and for free. We belive that hotle which publish himself in an international site should at least have resturante menues in english and be honest, it wasnt the case. we got italian menues which led as to pay twice the price we thought we will ("a la carte" insted of complex) and while we got the bill only in the morning the reception man behavior was'nt frinedly at all while we wanted to undersatnd the high bil |

Good location, easy access from motorways and walking distance to the city. Excellent pizzeria Vulcano just around corner. Breakfast - very limited choice, air-condition not efficient and very noisy. |

Just a few minutes walking to the City centre. You have to have a GPS to find this hotel easily. The surroundings not the top (but OK for sleeping only). |

Easy access to the city center. Everything withing walking distance. Difficult to find. The hotel needs to put up a sign or two to make it a bit easier to find. |

Nothing about the hotel. We did find a nice Japanese restaurant in the city centre. Drab, recwption not friendly and the area was not very nice. |

The hotel was in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the old town. On arrival the location was a little off putting and the view was a high rise residential estate. The coffee from the urn served a breakfast was awful but I believe that the Cappuccino made to order was fine. |
