Fantastic location for the slopes , both nursery slopes and ski to door. Loads of hot water and great sized room. Friendly good staff. Plenty of breakfast choice. Evening meal in hotel was diabolical, quite East European so only ate there once. Fortunetly 2 good restaurants nearby. Pool was very restrictive for the children, could only swim from 9 to 11and 3 to 4, for a charge and not every day.

The staff was very friendly and the half board breakfast buffet was great while the dinner was the best part of the entire vacation. The ski storage was good and I liked how the staff would always man the bar area even out of hours (especially for warm milk for our 2 year old). Also- the SkyTv was great for english viewers as long as you just changed the broadcast language and pretty much any movie/show was in english also. We did not book the half-board through Booking.com, but there is no price difference to book the dinner at the reception desk when you arrive. As referenced before in reviews- the beds are extra firm, and our room did not have a bathtub- just a shower with a very odd shower door that didn't keep the water from dripping all over the rest of the bathroom.

Besides the location, the hotel had friendly staff who can also speak English. Furthermore the hotel is in a good state and our room was always cosy and warm. The evening dinner is rushed a bit. Also I was awoken on numerous times during the night because of the noise people getting out of a disco nearby were making.

Emplacement excellent à 50 mètres des pistes, écoles de ski et restaurants et cafés. Un peu bruyant par moment mais normal pour le ski!

hebben met 14 mensen daar een nacht verbleven waren op doortocht , zwembad pas vanaf 16 jaar? en betalend kamer was 28 gr en drie keer gebeld naar de receptie konden het niet lager zetten?eten was zeer slecht. dus voor ons nooit meer. reis al zeer lang met booking dit was een teleurstelling !

Ottima posizione e cucina di livello lto La piscina era aperta per libero uso solo al mattino senza essere stato evidenziato in offerta (pm no bimbi solo centro benessere). Acqua calda mai presente dal sabato spomeriggio fino al mattino dopo (guasto lungo???)

service in het algemeen. zorgzaam en professioneel. Prima keuken en goede wijnen voor redelijke prijzen. Goede ruimte in de kamers. Bedden goed. een zeer onhandig bad, met name de instap en de uitstap. Wie dat bedacht heeft....

Rien La telévision cathodique(!!!) était éteinte avec un bouton d'alimentation cachée au niveau de la prise ! quelle modernité pour un 4 étoiles!! Le tuyau de la douche a explosé à al première utilisation . Enfin la chambre demandée avec vue et terrasse n'avait qu'une vue sur une face de montagne plantée de sapins à à peine plus de 500metre de la chambre ( vue sur un mur de sapins quoi!!) Le restaurant est au 1er sous sol sans aucune vue car les énormes baies vitrées donnent sur un mur de béton vertical situé à 10m des baies vitrées! Un gag Oser construire un hotel dans le coin le plus encaissé de la station alors que le paysage extérieur est spendide c'est incroyable! N'y allez pas !!!

Location for ski slopes. Helpful staff. Good choice for breakfast. Promised in-room wi-fi did not work in our room on 4th floor. Had to go to ground floor for adequate coverage. Bed rather hard.

L'hôtel est situé au pied des pistes à Campo Smith. La ville est à 10mn à pied si vous ne voulez pas vous limiter aux commerces de Campo Smith. Notre chambre était au premier étage et donnant sur le parking, l'insonorisation des fenêtres est très mauvaise, et dès 7h beaucoup de bruit au pied de la fenêtre. Le lit double est composé de deux lits simples, même si le drap est commun et ces lits bien arrimés (contrairement à d'autres hôtels), c'est toujours moins confortable à deux qu'un vrai lit double.
