It was not too expensive. Found the room way too small, and the air conditioning was not cold enough. It was on, we complained and we still couldn't sleep for the 2 nights because it was way too warm. |

The location is very convienent. The service was the most outstanding part about the hotel. The service was personalized, attentive without intuding. All the people at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. We went next to a five star very expensive hotel and the service was not nearly as good. I would recommend better beds. |

This hotel is a comfortable walk to the main areas of Florence. The staff especially Roberto was extremely good, helpful with local knowledge of the city, places to go to see the best it has to offer and resturants of good quality. They were all very pleasant to talk to. The view from the hotel roof terrace is very romantic, morning or evening. |

The room was large with a comfortable double bed, tastefully decorated. The shower room/toilet were clean and neat. Rooms in the front overlooked the Arno. The buffet breakfast was varied and there was also a pretty conservatory space to eat out in. I thought it was very reasonable given the convenience and comfort of the room. Its a good walk to the Duomo, Pitti Palace etc.. Incase it matters, the view from my room was a brick wall. |

The room is very comfortable and quiet well equiped. Very good clean bathroom with a hair dryer. As with most Italian Hotels, the breakfast spread has not much choice. |

Staff were unobtrusive but were happy to help when needed. Just across the road from the river Arno and not too long a walk to the main attractions Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would be a real bonus, it was expensive to keep buying coffee from the bar and room service was not available after a certain time so you had to go and fetch it yourself |

The room is nicely decorated and most importantly, very neat and tidy. 10 minutes walk along the river to the main attractions and 10 more minutes walk to the city centre. The staff is very friendly and could speak fair English, he knew that we would like to go to the mall and he helped us to print out the relevant bus transfer information. Breakfast was not very impressive. |

the comfort the staff was not always very friendly. also, they turned the radio on and a loudspeaker system played throughout the hotel so that we could hear it from inside our rooms. very strange and rather annoying. the breakfast was fine but not great. location is a little bit out of the way. |

clean room. helpful staff. quiet at the edge of the old town, 20-25 minutes walk to the Duomo. Wi-Fi access is only available at the lobby and quite expensive (5e for half an hour, 10e for an hour) |

The Reception staff went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. A great credit to your hotel. The onlu minor complaint was that the hot water for tea at breakfast was not hot enough. English tea needs boiling water to make a good cup of tea |
